IT WAS VERY NICE HOTEL AND SERVICE AND FOOD EVERYTHING WAS GOOD.

我們到酒店才被告知當天酒店滿房，沒房間了，但關鍵是我們出發之前已經早早全部付了房費。太離譜了，交了錢預訂成功的訂單竟然沒房住，還被安排到旁邊的酒店，面積小了一半多，最普通的房型，而且隔壁房正常説話都聽得到，當時已經夜裡十點多了，還在跟酒店交涉，酒店經理態度也是很輕蔑，給了我們非常不好的體驗！

What a lovely hotel and really nice room! I checked in for one night, had room 606. It was a fantastic room, huge layout and the kitchenette is a super feature. Large windows, l-shaped couch, amazing king size bed, lots of storage space, big bathroom and walk-in shower. I'd come back for sure! Staff at check-in were also super nice and helpful. Breakfast was also a nice selection, from pastries, toasts/bagels, hard-boiled eggs, cheeses, yogurts, self-make waffle station, and some hot dish breakfast items (which I didn't have time for). I also love the garage - yes, you need to check in and get your key card and then you can go down to the garage and park. My only mix-up was leaving my key cards in the room on the counter, and trying to exit the garage - without my key cards! A gentleman behind me was helpful to use his to let me out. Keep your key card until you exit the garage and there is a small drop box right at the garage exit.

Don’t stay here. The room did not have working heating and air conditioning. They know about the problem. The technician was in our room half the weekend trying to fix this. About 10 calls to the hotel manager were not returned. They know there is a problem with many rooms and still put people in those rooms.

We were there for New Year eve as a family. The first impression was a clear place but a bit cold. Not as a new year eve. The kids wanted to use the inside pool . the water was warm but many people and small place. The room was spacious. The sofa was not comfortable to sleep in it (we have been in USA at the same hotel and the logistic is the same). The breakfast was poor, many people and no place to sit. Things were small in number and they finished as soon as the staff brought them into the places. You had to pay for the parking, the fee was reasonable.

The pool and sauna i like. And clealiness of hotel.Have a problem breakfast time today the staff tell no one work early in the kitchen supposed to be 6:30am start bfast but its late around 8am start today. My friend need to go early to her work then we go down 6:30 to eat but no service for breakfast. The staff tell wait a little bit but almost 1 hour not yet ready my friend go without eat the breakfast and we dissappointed hopefully not happen again especially holidays a lot of people want to eat early how's some people want to take medicine early they need breakfast on time. The other amenities and staff are good.

Nice modern and clean rooms, foyer and entrance. Great staff and bar in lobby. Kids loved the pool, I loved the gym and meeting rooms were ideal for gathering with my sons hockey team. Great location. Can walk to many things or a short drive. Would go again. Group booking was smooth and easy and very good prices.

Parking was convenient, Desk personel helpful and personable. A couple lights not working, including both bedside lamps(major)
