I booked by mistake the incorrect month. despite calls and requesting a change including paying the price difference, they refused. overall very poor customer management.

Hotel moderno situato nel bellissimo quartiere St. Rich a pochi passi dal cuore della città. Tuttavia l’aspetto che mi ha lasciato un po’ perplesso è stata la pulizia del bagno.

Atención bien, limpieza no tanto buena. En el desayuno siempre algún plato sucio. En la noche ambiente bueno, atención en restaurante no tanto y bastante lento.

Todo genial, el desayuno buenísimo. Hotel con mucho rollo, en decoración y comodidades. Se puede aparcar en frente,están en obras y algunos coches caben. Localización buena.

Un hotel muyyy original con habitaciones sensacionales y muy acogedoras. La cama principal en la hab familiar te abraza a descansar increíble .

Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue increíble. El registro fue cortés, rápido y profesional. En todo el hotel, el personal fue fantástico; todo súper limpio. Motivo del hotel y ambiente muy guay ~ la habitación era genial. El bar de la azotea y la piscina son una gran ventaja. También una cocina comunitaria para usar, otra ventaja. Recomiendo el buffet de la mañana: una buena oferta y espectacular. No podría haber tenido una mejor experiencia.

Slightly difficult to find upon arrival, but once found, a great facility. Hotel is new and very conveniently located to the train station (if staying in the city center, you'd have to find a cab, uber, or drag your luggage 15 more minutes). Great lobby bar with happy hour, and rooftop bar and seating area with happy hour. Full service restaurant on ground floor, and plenty of seating to relax with friends & have a drink or food. Staff is young, friendly and helpful. The walk to the old/center city is about 15-20 minutes, and along the way are plenty of restaurant & bar options, so you actually hit the end of the old city in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicintiy of the property, are a gym, a supermarket, and several options for food. Property is very clean, and always see staff cleaning. Rooms aren't exceedingly large, but sufficient, with multiple USB outlets in addition to electrical outlets. Air conditioning only gets down to 23 degrees C, so you'll want to check into your room and get the AC going immediately. Ours took several hours to cool down. Hotel will also hold your luggage, which was nice.

Hotel is new, rooms clean and quite spacious. We had a family room with bunk beds which the kids loved. Really great decor especially in the bar area. Rooftop pool was small but good vibe next to the bar, sadly it closed for maintenance on day 2 and the staff had no info on when it would reopen - it was still closed when we left 2 days later, and no maintenance was happening. Good location near the station and trams but surrounding area still being built.

Staff was really nice and helpful and front desk 24h is great. The pool was closed which was a bummer being sooo hot outside. Parkade beside is helpful a bit busy because of construction on the site. The room was nice, clean and love the vibe. Would go again.

What a great hip-hop feeling JOST gives to folks lime myself. I am a hip-hop music connoisseur, I enjoyed each floor and the rooftop my goodness.
