Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura ha delle piscine di acqua termale sia interne che esterne molto gradevoli. Piacevoli sono le postazioni per idromassaggio e la sauna. Ho trovato la colazione molto ricca con ampia scelta e il letto comodo. 

Великолепный термальный отель. Комфортабельный номер, большая зелёная территория, термальные бассейны, кухня-всё на высоком уровне. В Абано и Монтегротто отдыхаем 5 раз и этот отель на наш взгляд лучший по соотношению цена-качество.

I come to this hotel every year to stay at least a few nights. I especially like the time when it's cool outside, in autumn and winter. The warm water of the thermal pools is amazing, there is a 35-degree Rex with a jacuzzi complex, there is a large 28-degree swimming pool. The pool hours are unlimited, you can be there from 9 am to 11 pm. Close to the train station, you can visit Venice, Padua and other cities in this region. The rooms are comfortable, even economical, there are bathrobes and slippers in all. There are also high-category rooms, if available, the hotel often upgrades them. The spa center has a small sauna, steam room, ice therapy, and, if you like, it's free. Therapeutic mud therapy according to the doctor's recommendations. Very tasty free breakfast, coffee can be ordered, there is even excellent sparkling wine. You can order lunch and dinner at the restaurant, there is a pool and lobby bar. I used to really like the dinners, they are late, but the last time they were a bit disappointing, so now I don't know if I will try this option. Comments from a frequent visitor: I liked the last dinners less, maybe the cuisine has changed? On Saturdays there are buffets before dinner: snacks, drinks, an evening concert. The hotel takes great care of its visitors. Everyone at the reception and in the restaurant is nice and friendly. The hotel is popular, especially on weekends. Try it and I think you will not be disappointed. I have had to compare it with others, so I would like to return here. I hope that this will not change. I recommend the pools early in the morning and in the late evening under the starry sky, it is an amazing experience.

Disappointing experience: poor cleanliness and lack of customer care Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. During my stay, I found a nail on the bed while I was sleeping. I immediately reported the issue, but the only solution offered was a new bedsheet, without even an apology. The next day, I brought the matter to the attention of the front desk manager, but their reaction was complete indifference, as if nothing had happened. This attitude highlights a serious lack of care for guests. In addition to the poor cleanliness of the room, the handling of the issue was entirely inadequate. I wasn’t asking for anything extraordinary, just a minimum level of attention and professionalism. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean environment and a customer service team that cares about its guests.
