"A nice location and view, but half the rooms pointed towards the TUI hotel, tricking my whole family into thinking the TUI pool was ours. I don’t think it’s value as a 4 star resort is real though, when we were checking out and waiting for the taxi, we got assigned to 2 rooms, one for luggage and 1 for us 14. The cleanliness and atmosphere was not great, the room meant for us had a broken AC with a cinnamon smell, which we soon found out was an electrical burn. When we checked out, Guest Relations told us we could use the luggage trolley, yes, one. Then another staff member put the suitcases off the trolley and put it back, not even telling us. The service and guest relations were so bad, we got a ‘family room’, the AC barely worked, one of the beds was a sofa bed, the other was a sofa. Other rooms for my family had a leaking AC. A member of my family lost the card and was told he would need to pay £7 for a replacement room card, there was no notice or being told of us having to pay. The staff members were so rude, they would only be nice after being given a tip, our cleaner told us TUI was great hotel but were supposedly only paid £4 per month which was a lie and a family member gave her a tip, falling into their trap. The room was so small, as stated earlier, all the beds were not proper, a double bed was out 2 singular mattresses put on one and the other two beds were sofas. Barely got any amenities. Atmosphere, looks good, edited room photos to look good. Holiday from hell."

"The hotel was well-located, the entrance was well-maintained, the corridors leading to the rooms were dirty, and the wooden front door was broken. The room was separated from the next one by a wall and a locked connecting door, so we practically talked through it. The room was large and comfortable, as was the bathroom. Cleaning was done by very polite staff, as was the rest of the staff, but the appearance of their dirty aprons speaks volumes! There were colonies of mosquitoes in the room and bathroom, which were killed daily, and this was true in every room. The hotel beach was extremely dirty, and the loungers were equally dilapidated. The pool was beautiful and well-kept, but it was practically the only pleasant thing, along with the bar, which opened the day after my arrival. It was an experience I definitely won't repeat!"

"Would not recommend this hotel, food ok, repetitive, some items stale, bar staff grumpy, spirits are very poor quality. Hotel rooms are very basic, no mini bar, no fans, no air con, restaurant staff and female receptionist were lovely and helpful, animation team pushy and intrusive. Pool itself is nice and clean which is the only saving grace. To reach the private beach a security guard has to unlock a gate, cross a busy road, down a lane full of rubbish to a private area, the beach is littered with rubbish. This Hotel is not 4 star, more 2 star. Would not go back to this hotel."

Todo el personal es tan amable y útil siempre feliz de verte con rostros sonrientes y no podía hacer más por ti, Todos tuvimos un gran tiempo y hicimos algunos muy buenos amigos con muchos de los miembros del personal, el personal de recepción ayudaba con nuestros bolsillos ayudaba a escoger una habitación sorprendente, uno de los niños dejó el teléfono en el entrenador que se rodeaba y lo recibió de nuevo para nosotros, El personal del bar fue tan hermoso ayudado a llevar nuestras bebidas a nuestros asientos día y noche, en el restaurante se aseguró de poner flores en nuestra mesa cada noche y habían servido las bebidas el minuto que llegamos allí, el personal de entretenimiento estaba fuera de este mundo que estaban divertidos, energético útil, cualquier cosa que necesitamos o que queríamos que nos ayudaran, que tuvimos un buen tiempo, 8 de nosotros fuimos con nosotros siendo 2 adultas mujeres y 6 niños de 7 a 16 años, nos sentíamos seguros y nos congratulamos todo el tiempo, todo el personal recordó nuestros nombres y siempre preguntó cómo nos encontramos cuando vimos a cada miembro y nos comprobamos regularmente, así como siempre fueron felizes y sonriendo .... definitivamente volveremos fue realmente un lugar sorprendente ❤️❤️❤️"

"We came to tunisia for 10 days. Hotel was amazing, majority of staff are super friendly, however some staff hover around so you can get them drinks as they know you're all inclusive. The maids are amazing also, they certainly do more than change the beds they organise the room and make the room spotless. We paid extra for a sea view room and they absolutely delivered ( pictures below). However within the hotel there is a restaurant called ' the view ' and the food is absolutely impeccable, the service is like nothing we have experienced, one server in particular was absolutely outstanding, not only was he kind, he would make sure all our needs were met. My partner always ordered 2 beers when we were there and if he had his beer sitting for a while and it wasn't so cold he was first to come over and replace it with a fresh freezing cold beer. His manners and kindness is unmatched. Could sing is praises all day. Please note the restaurant is not included in all inclusive however for 2 beers, a vodka and cola, a steak dinner and a spaghetti bolognese cost us 26GBP There is also a coffee shop called the 'viking ' which is also not included in all inclusive. However is also very cheap. Does the most insane cheesecakes, and their caramel frappacino are up there with the best we've tried. My son ordered a icecream sundae which was also great value for money..The caramel frapps are around 4GBP. ( pictures below) There is a small gift shop within the resort which can meet your needs if there is anything you need. The beach is insane, the water is crystal clear, always busy, staff down there will help source you as many sun loungers as you need. Now there is a few things i would complain about, and the following are : I'm not overly impressed there isn't a mini fridge within room as bottles / cans of juice that you can buy from the shop are not kept in the fridges. There is not alot of sunloungers by the pool. There are families leaving towels on them to reserve them and then leaving for the resort for hours. Some sun loungers are damaged/ cracked and absolutely needs replaced. There is a vile smell that comes from drains and you can smell it sometime when you walk around. Very potent rotten egg smell. The entertainment runs very late. The program on the wall is not accurate and we have been excited for a few shows and been let down because the wall has not been updated while we've been here."
