Las almohadas estaban mohosas, el garaje estaba en la habitación, no había agua caliente, el agua fría era mínima, había excremento de perro en el pasillo, nunca más me quedaré allí.

Lovely hotel but needs paint and upkeep. Tiles are broken, rrailings too. We stayed for 5 days and broken window glass in the main restsurant was not replaced!! Looked so tacky. It's not a cheap hotel.  Staff were friendly and cheerful.  Breakfast. MUST be improved. Choices are enough but standard of cooked dishes is appalling. Eg its Mombasa full of Swahili dishes, yet their mahambri is biscuit hard and they dont use the correct beans for mbazi. They could source them in from old town  if they don't have the right chefs.  I gave them feedback and they were very polite and heard me out. Thank you.

This place claims to be a five-star establishment, but my experience was the complete opposite. The cleanliness was unacceptable — I saw cockroaches in the premises, which is something no residence should ever have to encounter, especially in your bath room. To make matters worse, the food made me sick afterward. That alone speaks volumes about the hygiene and food safety standards being followed here. Five stars should represent quality, cleanliness, and care for customers, and this place fails on all counts. I strongly recommend management address these serious issues immediately. Until then, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The service wasn’t great, the welcoming was very average. The room was not ready at check in time and had to wait in the reception area for a short time until it was ready! The room was a good size however it didn’t look clean at all. The bathroom was always not clean to expected standards! The water in the toilet looked yellow and seemed like it wasn’t flashed by the last user , and the shower removed little particles of dust and sand. However in turns out that the toilet water is recycled water, and I don’t think their water system is effective enough to provide cleaner recycled water. It appears that the little dust and sand that builds up in the showier is from blocked and poor water pipes that allow dust/sand come through. The views from the room was really nice and the sunset and the walk outside along the decking area was really clean and nice too. There were also couple nice restaurants outside as well. The AC takes around 30mins to make the room feel cooler. They don’t provide a second key card, so every time you leave the room the AC will turn off, meaning that whenever you return back to your room you have to wait to around 30mins again to feel the coolness again! Also Reporting any issues to get it resolved took a while and then didn’t really last long. Food was Ok , but definitely had better else where. There was some enjoyable entertainment within the restaurant area where guests made the most of it. I won’t be rushing back to this hotel however the I would say the area outside was clean, and was quiet nice.

Checked in experience was horrible as the staffs not friendly as well as not accommodating to some requests.

Breakfast is for locals. Not much choices for foreigners

Nice hotel, full of amenities. location is great and on the coast but Mombassa traffic means you may be stuck in a lot if you plan to visit the main city itself

Home away from home. Highly recommended.
