Aunque el lugar fuera de la carretera sirvió bien para relajarse, la angustia de restaurantes y tiendas cercanos nos hizo sentir un poco aislado. El hotel está muy bien y desde la parada de Comasina llegas en 10 minutos . Además coges en metro vacío porque es la cabecera .

Desde nuestra llegada todo fue fácil, en la recepción había una persona que hablaba un poco de español, suficiente para entendernos. La habitación perfecta, limpieza, colchón muy bueno, sabanas y toallas muy bien El desayuno, un bufet inmejorable.

Es un hotel no muy grande y con una decoración que lo hace acogedor. La atención es buena y las habitaciones limpias.El baño presentaba una dificultad en la puerta para ingresar a la ducha y en la noche,se percibía el uso del baño en la habitación contigua, sin embargo no nos impidió el descanso. Tienen un patio que deberían ponerle detalles y cuidados, estoy segura que de hacerlo sería el sitio más lindo del hotel.

Very well kept hotel and residence ,caring staff, wonderful restaurants in the hotel and around the complex , with walking distance to grocery stores too. The complex is very beautiful with gardens and large lake, only downside is that it is half hr car ride to the city center .

Hotel moderno y agradable en buena ubicación con grandes vistas al Lago di Lugano. El personal era profesional, experimentado y super amigable. El desayuno siempre fue bueno con mucha elección. Seguramente nos quedaremos de nuevo en el Grand Hotel Campione!

Perfecto alojamiento a 5 minutos caminando del centro de Como y del lago, es una zona cara y turística pero el alojamiento es súper económico y acertado si buscas hospedarte unos pocos días e incluso varios. Cuentan con desayuno todos los días podría ser mejor pero esta bastante bien. Además cuenta con un servicio excepcional que te harán sentir como en un hogar. Muy contenta y agradecida con la experiencia
