The TV was broken, the toilet seat was damaged, and the shower head was faulty. The staff's response was that they couldn't do anything about it because 'it's always been broken'... The towels were so stained you couldn't tell their original color, and to make matters worse, the sheets and duvet covers were also a dingy yellow.
