A very nice place Would go here again

Nice resort near beautiful White Beach in Moalboal. Perfect for people who like lounging on the beach, diving, and/or want a stress free vacation in a resort. It’s about a three hour drive from Cebu City and about an hour away from the typical tourist attractions in Moalboal (hence 4 stars for location). They provide basic soap and shampoo so I’d suggest bringing your own toiletries. It’s better for the environment!

We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed our stay a lot. It‘s only a short tricycle ride to the bar and restaurant area where we went almost every night. The food and drinks in the restaurant were good and reasonably priced. Service was great too!! And our room was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved my stay at Dolphin House. The facilities are great and staff are helpful and friendly. It is perfect for a family vacation and there are loads of activities to do. Hotel transfer is a lot more expensive from here in comparison to other accommodation in surrounding areas but I understand luxury resort prices. Overall a lovely place.

좋았어요 !! 근데 수돗물에서 쇠 냄새가 너무 나서 조금 예민했던 저는 생수로 세안했습니당 ㅠㅠ 친구는 괜찮다고 하더라구요 !! 뷰가 너무 좋아서 계속 있고싶었어요 ~ 야외가 바로 앞이다 보니 밖에 벌레는 좀 있지만 실내에서 있을때는 전혀 문제가 없었고 직원분들도 다 너무 착하셨습니다 ~

Resort de primera categoría especialmente si vienes a bucear, aunque también hay una piscina ideal para niños. Las instalaciones son muy amplias y todo está súper cuidado al detalle. El servicio es muy personalizado y atento. Lo del equipo del centro de buceo ya es de lujo, no se puede pedir más.

Staff, accommodation, services food and drinks were all high quality standard. Peaceful location. Wanted to especially thank Johnny who took us canyoning. He really took care of us. Only slight disappointment was that pool was closed for 2 days for chlorine treatment. Appreciate this has to be done. Not a showstopper though.

The hotel is located right on the seashore with a direct descent (as well as a concrete path to the edge of the reef). The view from the room and from the territory was simply mesmerizing, especially at sunset. The ability to leave the room in the morning and immediately find yourself on the beach is priceless. There is a nice swimming pool on the territory. The hotel territory and rooms were cleaned regularly. The breakfasts were wonderful, especially pleased with the opportunity to order freshly baked croissants. this is the perfect place to disconnect from the bustle of the city and enjoy nature. The silence, the sounds of the waves and the absence of crowds of tourists created a complete feeling of relaxation. The territory with a large number of tropical flowers and plants, which is looked after by a whole staff of employees. The furniture and plumbing in the room were in good condition, but its age was felt. An additional plus is the ceiling fan. Dolphin-House Resort is a great option for those looking for an authentic, quiet and secluded holiday in the bosom of nature. This is not a five star luxury resort, but a nice, cozy resort with a stunning location and a warm atmosphere. We had a wonderful rest and would love to come back here again to enjoy this peace again.

The Dolphin House was so beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. They room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to the amenities. Being on the beach was a huge plus. It was also a short tricycle ride to town. I will definitely stay there again for my next visit and I will recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin House and overall felt it was good value for money. The property is clean, well-maintained, and set on a peaceful, quiet beach. The staff were genuinely lovely and friendly throughout our stay. The food was very good overall, with a few minor hits and misses. Our main disappointment was the room. The resort had very few guest groups staying in a large property. We had booked a basic room, but in situations like this, it would be a great gesture—and smart decision for guest satisfaction—to offer an upgrade when occupancy is so low. While the room itself was acceptable, the location was not ideal, which is why we rated lower. We were placed right at the start of the walkway to the other rooms, meaning every guest had to walk past our room to access their accommodation. While this wouldn’t usually be an issue, the layout made it particularly problematic. Our room had one extra-large window, which we needed for airflow and natural light. This caused constant foot traffic directly in front of our bedroom, with no buffer or privacy. Even with the window closed, there was noise and disturbance because the walkway was very narrow, and people passed extremely close , essentially right on top of it. Guests could look directly into the room. At times, I would be reading in bed with a stranger less than a metre and a half away on the other side of the waist-high window, which felt intrusive and uncomfortable. Given the available space across the property, it’s hard to understand why guests weren’t spread out for greater privacy and a more peaceful stay. In summary, Dolphin House has many good qualities—lovely staff, a relaxing beachfront setting, and overall good value. With more thoughtful room allocation, especially during low occupancy, the experience could be much improved.
