Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel. The room service food was nice. The only improvement needed is with the hot water shower; the hot water takes too long, and strong water pressure is only available with cold water.

My third time stayed here since my last visit 5 years ago...near Miri airport...will stay here again for my next vacation...one of my fav dish Laksa Sarawak...U should try this. Very recommended

Good place to stay if your flight is in the morning. The hotel is strategically located opposite the airport.

Stayed at Jinhold's 2-bedroom apartment. We have stayed here before and are always eager to come back. The shuttle van service to the airport is so convenient. The staff are always friendly and very courteous.

Minor problem during my stay, was told by check out counter’s staff that someone collected my RM100 deposit, the staff took some time to verify the problem & I got back my deposit after at least 5 to 10 minutes of waiting. Which I find it unacceptable. If not, I shall rate the service as 5/5

Location just infront of Miri Airport, airport shuttle available staff were friendly, room was big and nice with delicious food.

The bathroom was smell of urine when we entered; really unpleasant smell and really unacceptable, End up request to change a new room. Attended by Housekeeping but without any apologize from them. In the middle of conversation, the housekeeping answer her personal phone call without excuse given; did not shown any professionalism. Take about 20 mins to change to a new room is really wasting my time. Facilities is good but really need to improve in service. others are fine.

Breakfast is good, very convenient stay if you have to go the airport the next day.

A great place located opposite of Miri International Airport. It is a 15 to 20 minutes drive from the hotel to the town. The room is clean, the toilet is quite small but it is alright. The breakfast are great. Swimming pool and other facilities such as sauna, gyms, mini golf and etc, which makes it a great place to stay with family with young kids. Highly recommend even it is just for one night.

This is 4th time i stay here.. Nice view..

Hotel was clean with nice view of the airport. Spacious room to roam around. Nice food just walking distance around the hotel. Staff was friendly and polite.
