The main reason I selected Jinhhold Hotel & Serviced Apartment was its strategic location — it is one of the nearest hotels to Miri Airport, which made it extremely convenient for a short business stay. From check-in to check-out, the staff were superbly helpful and professional. Their warm hospitality truly stood out, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free. Requests were attended to promptly, and the service level exceeded expectations. One of the highlights of this hotel is the swimming pool — something not many hotels in Miri offer. The long infinity pool is a great feature, whether for a quick swim after work or simply to unwind. It definitely adds value, especially for longer stays. Cleanliness, amenities, and overall comfort were excellent throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to business travellers or anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the airport with good facilities and great service.

First Impressions & Location The hotel makes a good first impression with its modern, clean exterior. Its location is a strong point. The Miri City Centre, Imperial Mall and the famous Waterfront are just a short ride away. The Room: Compact & Comfortable My Standard Room was compact but very well-designed. It had everything I needed: · A supremely comfortable bed with quality linens. · A powerful, quiet air-conditioner (a must in Miri's humidity). · A large flat-screen TV with local and international channels. · A clean, modern bathroom with an excellent hot rain shower. · Thoughtful amenities like a ceiling fan, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and free bottled water. Services & Facilities The service here is efficient and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful fast with check-in/out. · Free Wi-Fi: The internet was reliable and fast enough for video calls and streaming. · Secure Parking: Available on-site, which was a major relief.

Always my first choice when travelling to Miri. Due to it is near to airport, very convenient for me as a transit traveller. .. Room very spacious, comfy bed and warm welcome by staff. Hospitality always at best.

Nice to stay, comfy and the most thing is clean neat and tidy. The protocol to poolside also not strict like otgers hotel. Thanks to staffs also, so friendly and helpfull. Overall really good place to stay with families. Awesome and really recommended. Tq so much!

Location is right opposite airport, with free 24hours shuttle service. Best part was earlier check in was granted during my stay.

Good location, complete facilities, good for family

JinHold has always been one of our preferred hotels. However, during this recent stay, we experienced an issue that affected our rest. The lobby / hotel music was excessively loud and could be clearly heard from our room. We stayed on Level 5. Unfortunately, it was only turned off late at night, and we were unable to sleep properly as the music remained audible from our room. Additionally, I left my white 2-in-1 pillow and blanket on the bed when I checked out. I contacted the hotel after arriving in Kuala Lumpur and was informed that housekeeping could not locate the item. I would like to reiterate that I am very confident it was left in the room, as I was using it during my stay.

It was a good place and good accommodation especially for those who like to traveling via flight (Miri airport) because the location is just an opposite to the building itself and free shuttle to the airport. You can park your vehicle at the safe place (Jinhold hotel) with full of security provide (CCTV 24hrs) but you need to pay the car tickets.

Service excellent especially transportation drop off and pickup at airport... Apartment condition very good...

Bolcony is dirty.. wash basin leaking.. bathroom door can't slide properly, others than this is good and clean..
