Este hotel es mi destino desde hace varios viajes, la calidez de su gente era lo q me hacía cómoda mi estadía. Mucha educación y cordialidad, por eso siempre regrese a este lugar, en este viaje ha desmejorado tanto el servicio y la amabilidad q no dan ganas de volver. Llegas cansado y el baño lleno de pelos porq hicieron su depilación y no lo han limpiado, llamas a la recepción y nadie entiende, nadie habla español y nadie pudo ayudarme. Simplemente tuve q lidiar con ello y para poder descansar tuve q usar el baño así. Lamentable muy lamentable como por un solo día, arruinas todo lo bueno anterior.

El servicio del hotel es también muy bueno

Recientemente tuvimos un evento en el Golf Club. Fue un tiroteo para una TV Commercial donde realmente necesitamos para hacer un matrimonio. Dana era maravillosa. Era superresponsiva y atenta. Sé que era un reto porque no tenemos por lo general el lujo de planear meses. Creo que sólo le dimos una semana o dos avisos. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN AND WE ARE IN MIAMI EVERY YEAR FOR AN ANNUAL EVENT. I wanted a hotel near the Hard Rock Stadium and saw the Stadium Hotel was close by. Many of the other more well-known hotels were further away and more expensive. Eventually I realized why the Stadium was less expensive. Read on… Unfortunately, two hotel employees (security and whoever supervises security) ruined our experience. Despite ALL the other employees we interacted with being VERY helpful and polite, will we never be returning to Stadium Hotel. Halfway through our stay, we decided to extend our visit by one more night. I personally went down to the front desk to confirm availability and extend my reservation. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant, entered the information into the computer and told me I was “all set.” Several mornings later, at the time we would have been checking out had we not extended our reservation, (I was at a job off the hotel grounds) my wife was working remotely from our room. A woman showed up at the door to “remind” us it was time to checkout. My wife explained that we had extended our reservation and been told we were all set. The woman said she would let the management know. My wife then got on a very important Zoom but was interrupted by incessant calls to the room by the front desk. She directed them to call me on my cell, but explained I was working and it may take me a few minutes to respond. One minute after my wife hung up, she got yet another call badgering her saying we had not yet paid for the upcoming extra night. My wife got hold of me via text and I called the front desk from my cellphone. The front desk told me they had no record of my extension because I had not paid for the upcoming night. I told them when I extended no one told me I had to prepay and that I was told I was all set. I said they could run my credit card on file if they needed payment immediately. They said I had to be there to sign, but it could be taken care of when I returned in a few hours, not to worry. Yet, just two minutes after I hung up with the front desk, my wife got call after call stating we hadn’t paid and I had to pay right then in person. My wife yet again explained and offered to go down with her credit card, but they said they would not accept it because I had the reservation (which of course makes no sense since they also claimed I didn’t have a reservation). She explained I had spoken with someone just a few minutes ago who said I could take care of it in a few hours, and that she could not keep answering the phone because she was on a work Zoom. She asked to speak to a manager (who she could hear in the background was the one insisting the front desk keep calling her), but the manager did not take her call and sent her to voicemail. Five minutes after my wife was sent to voicemail, there was a knock on the door. Again, she interrupted her Zoom. This time security was at the door.

I would like to recognize HASINA that works in the kitchen for breakfast. Very polite, respectful, personable and has such a sweet spirit. Always being sure we are comfortable and taken care of. GREAT ASSET TO THE COMPANY! A person like her made our visit great and we will definitely come back. Thank you HASINA!!!!

Me alojé aquí dos veces, una antes del crucero y otra después. . . . . Había reservado el lugar cuando era un Best Western. . . . Este hotel está a unos 50mts de la playa, cuenta con cocina equipada, espacio bien distribuido y acogedor, lugar muy bien aseado, una atención esmerada de EVIE, quien siempre está dispuesta a guiarte y atender, su personal de limpieza Steven y Calvin, se esmeran por mantener las habitaciones muy limpias, un lugar tranquilo con áreas verdes, muchos restaurantes, posee un broadwalk, música en la cancha acústica los fines de semana, el agua de playa siempre tiene una temperatura agradable, En fin, un lugar muy mágico, recomendado este hotel
