This hotel certainly demonstrates a high level of attention-to-detail in every way. Extremely friendly and courteous staff that goes above-and-beyond, however unfortunately it would be impossible to list all the names of the staff that well exceeded our expectations. The food was high quality and exceptional as well as the food service staff. Check-in was extremely easy thanks to the friendliness of the front desk staff that allowed us an early check-in on arrival (kindly note that this benefit is not always available). Everything at the hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool and associated amenities are among the best that we have experienced in any hotel; relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. The hotel is well situated within close proximity to many attractions including the large and impeccably clean Minsk Aqua Park. The rooms are spacious and house keeping staff very accommodating. The price is extremely affordable in comparison to other more expensive hotels that don't measure up to this hotel's level (and we have stayed in many hotels around the world). We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Minsk for either business or pleasure!

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

Я бы наверное даже поставил бы оценку 4-5, если бы ни девушки из ресепшн. Я считаю, что девушки из ресепшн должны быть приветливые, улыбчивые, отзывчивые и т.д., но здесь оказались наглые, хмурые, грубые и т.д., в свою очередь, это было не совсем приятно. Можно было и на это глаза закрыть, если бы не случай при выезде и сдачи номера. Я попросил тех самых девушек на ресепшн о возможности сдать комнату позже обычного, на что мне разрешили до 15:00 часов дня, я в 12:30 часов пошёл в номер отдохнуть, так как ожидался долгий перелёт с пересадкой. Я в номере оказывается заснул и мне в 15:00 звонят с ресепшн и говорят, что я должен был выехать ещё в 14:00 часов и что мне теперь надо оплатить за половину суток. Я в свою очередь попытался объяснить по телефону, что было добро до 15:00 часов, они этого не хотели даже слушать. Хорошо, что я был собран, быстро схватил свои вещи и спустился в ресепшн, был бесконечный спор о том, что я должен оплатить за половину суток, в итоге попросил позвать более главного человека в отеле, объяснил всю суть, минут 20 разбирались, находу придумали, что в 14:00 часов заходили в номер, якобы меня не было в номере. В итоге было решено без оплаты, но за мое испорченное настроение и злость на таких некомпетентных работников данного отеля не мог не оставить отзыв… Соответсвенно, больше в этом отеле останавливаться не буду. P.S. Хозяину данного отеля или управляющему надо пересмотреть квалификацию работников, жалко, что из-за такого персонала, страдает статус отеля.
