Perfect! So clean and food was so good.

If you are first come, don’t arrive earlier than 3 o’clock, hardly find any signs of the entrance of the hotel. After you check in, you will love it so much.

The hotel is very nice. You must drive to there. Staff are very friendly and polite. It has restaurant, lounge with free coffee and tea. Room has 2 hot spring, inside and outside each. It also provide cleansing oil, moisture milk etc. Cuisine are delicious.

Located in a rural area, the hotel may not offer the convenience of a nearby convenience store, but it serves as an excellent retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The food's presentation is visually pleasing, although its taste is somewhat ordinary. On a positive note, the hotel provides the delightful experience of both indoor and outdoor onsen facilities, which we thoroughly savored.

There are private indoor and open air onsen in our room. The dinner and breakfast are serve in a private separate room.

a very lovely stay at hanamura. staff were very friendly and welcoming. the private onsen was really good. the place is not easily assessible by public transport but not a problem if you have a car.

가족6명이서 방문해 3개의 룸을 사용했습니다. 주차장까지의 마중과 함께 친절하게 영어로 체크인 해주셨어요. 미끌거리는 좋은 온천물, 친절한 직원들, 정갈한 일본 음식을 맛보고 즐기면서 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 가족들에게 잊지 못할 좋은 추억을 만들어주셔서 감사합니다.

1.離黑川大街很遠，需要shuttle提早告知 2.要先在黑川大街自費放行李，到了check in time才能進去3.飯店人員很熱情，英文不太通 4.溫泉沒什麼風景有點可惜 5.食物非常好吃，只不過寄信有詢問不能吃牛肉也沒辦法更改 6.整個體驗非常不錯

飯店位置屬於比較偏僻的地方，雖然飯店看起來比較舊，但是很棒，而且還有自己的，會是下次想要再度回訪的飯店

這旅館的服務很周到，店員全程都十分好禮貌，當你我們check out揸車出去，店員都會站在門口和我們道別👍🏻

接客、部屋、温泉、食事どれも大変満足です。また利用させていただきたいです

環境舒適，服務人員都很和善，地方隱密，餐點好吃，雖然價位高一些，但覺得住了一宿吃了兩餐其實還滿值得推薦的👍

很安靜很舒服，讓人很放鬆的地方，飯店人員都很親切，食物很完美。是非常好的體驗，下次有機會一定會想再去。
