El alojamiento más sorprendente y satisfactorio para mí durante este viaje. La habitación era grande y muy limpia. Aunque tenía piso de madera, no hacía nada de frío. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Me sorprendieron mucho las dos comidas. La calidad fue muy buena. Alta, el servicio es súper bueno, el servicio japonés está profundamente arraigado en el corazón de la gente. Es una lástima que no tengo tiempo para sumergirme en las aguas termales al aire libre. En resumen, este es un hotel muy cálido. ! Finalmente, me gustaría agradecer al chico de la recepción que fue muy entusiasta y pacientemente respondió cualquier pregunta. Nos ayudó a reservar el autobús Kyushu Crossing y nos llevó allí ese día, permitiéndonos llegar a Yufuin sin problemas.

The hotel staff are very nice. It is located in the central area of Kurokawa Onsen.

Great location, spacious comfortable room, very clear, excellent service and extremely friendly staff. Last be not least, very tasty Japanese meals with a touch of fusion. Price is very reasonable consider what this Ryokan offers.

I did not aware hotel provide horse meat sashimi in the dinner. It should state when booking the room. Overall is the good.

Amazing hotel. Very beautiful area. There are natural hot springs. You can also book a private one. The room had beutiful views and every staff member was amazing!

Excellent service by the staffs! Very warm and welcoming. It was raining heavily that day, but one of the staff helped to wipe down our luggage when it wasn't necessary and helped to bring it up to the room as we were too early for check-in. When we came back, the luggages were near a heater for quick drying... just a neat detail that we very much appreciated. The dinner and breakfast were one of our most delicious and memorable meals in Japan. Words are not enough to describe it! The outdoor hot spring doesn't have much a view, but it was still nice! Hope I am able to come back and enjoy the ryokan experience again!

Top notch friendly front desk staffs with smiling face all the time. Service is excellent, they even help me to park my car and take my luggage to the room. My room has a private onsen and it was surprisingly big. The public onsen in the hotel is also very nice particularly the outdoor pool where you can hear natural water flowing sound from the stream below. The dinner was great even though I am not a big fan of horse meat. Cleanliness and tidiness is impressive. Breakfast was in Japanese style, but you can still have a cup of drip filtered coffee. Overall I love this hotel very much and will prefer to stay there if I happen to go there again.

Great service, very authentic ryokan in an authentic village

Room is nice and meal is superb. The resort has private onsen which can prebook and outdoor onsen is nice too. They even drive us to bus stop. Overall I had a great stay.

Very friendly ryokan and theres is not much issue with communication as one of the staffs speaks fluent english. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Dinner service was elaborate and yummy. We also enjoy the traditional Japanese Breakfast. Overall, we had a really great time 😊

I have booked a room with personal hot spring. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Nice location and close to bus stop. Staff are very helpful. We have a wonderful vacation at 若葉. Highly recommended.
