we got the ocean view room, very excellent sunset view. Onsen was good just crowded. the free drinks and snack was impressive! they have new year event with free flow of sake, whisky and beers. However, the lifts are very long queue, we need to queue up to get the lifts.

One of the less pleasant onsen hotels in Japan. We booked and paid for two seaview rooms and yet one room hardly has any seaview. Secondly, the onsens were not anything special. We stayed at many with more impressive baths and decor at lower price. Thirdly, the buffet was disappointing for a 8-9000yen per pax price on Christmas Eve. The food selection is very limited and doesn't fit the price point on a special day. Saving grace is the front staff from Malaysia. She was patient and friendly in explaining. I can't recommend this hotel.

It is a wonderful resort hotel. free flow of wine and drinks. Excellent for fam5with small kids as the breakfast is no doubt kids favourites.The room is very big and nice withe Excellent Seaview 👍

因為會延遲晚上10時後才到達，已通知職員。抵達時職員態度服務積極很好，還會說廣東話，入住三點至10點有免費任飲。室外溫泉很讚，晚上10時後人不多，早餐選擇豐富。

國際旅客帶行李箱者慎選、雖然酒店安排接送往來火車站、但Minabe火車站沒有升降機上落月台、雖然設有輪椅升降機、但沒有職員駐守。
