"Our fav hotel of the trip (out of 6!)! This is a really special place and hope to return. Room = Faros the Superior - I highly recommend! ▪ Pro: • Room modern and well done with some neat design touches. Had AC that actually worked! • Our room had a great patio and plunge pool looking over the cove of Faros. I loved the view and both sun and shade loungers were so comfortable! • 5 minute walk to 3 different beaches, each with places to eat. o Note: They beaches are semi ‘scrappy’ compared to what we may be used to in the IS. ie: they aren’t maintained with someone clearing rocks/branches but are pretty in their own way. • 5 minute walk to several water front places to eat. • Neat outdoor gym! • Has a sauna at the spa! Also great food & staff! ▪ Con: • The 5-minute walk in both directions to the local beaches is a walk along a road with both nice villas and abandoned construction, so not the most picturesque. Really just saying this to list a con. • The view of the pool is slightly interrupted by a villa further down the sloop on the cliff edge. • The spa is fully outside so not something to do if the weather is bad, which is too bad bc that’s part of the glory of a spa day on vacation. Also, the Sauna is next to the treatment space so a guest can’t use the Sauna if someone is getting a treatment. They should have put it in the gym!"

"The place is very beautiful, with a view from the top of the island. Breakfast is personalized and served at a time you choose. The rooms are comfortable and modern, and very clean. And the owner, Rádula, is an excellent hostess, fantastic! She gave suggestions for places, restaurants, beaches, and was always available for our questions and requests."

"Loved Elements of Milos!! Owners are super nice, accommodating and helpful providing us with securing a car rental after we arrived, additional restaurants and beach clubs to check out and secured reservations for us. There are about 7 individual bungalows on property situated around the pool and every morning they bring a lovely little breakfast basket upon request. I found that the one story bungalows are the best layout. A nuance of the island to keep in mind is that you can’t flush paper down the toilets, so be prepared for room cleaning every day so they can empty the trash bins. Also do not drink the tap water…any where on island and do not be surprised if there are short power glitches during your stay….it is an island. Bungalows are newly built with modern convinces and are very clean. I would recommend Elements of Milos and would definitely visit again!"

"Very helpful owner so we hired a car easily and it was easy to have groceries delivered for our arrival. A lovely refurbished room with a nice terrace and a coffee machine. Collected and returned to port as arranged. Very friendly helpful staff on desk including owner’s son , Irene and Katrina and all staff in the bar and restaurant . Comfy sun loungers on beach and around pool. However I had chosen the hotel for its photos on website of its handrails to enter the pool . These were not in place and so I could not use the pool! So very very disappointed as I have arthritis and accessing the sea on the beach requires considerable balance . We swam in the sea as husband was at hand . Otherwise a lovely spot ! We thought the breakfast was good as we also stayed at eight hotels during our month’s holiday so could compare."

Viajar con una familia de nueve viene con mucho logística, y ella respondió pacientemente a todas nuestras preguntas, ofreció recomendaciones y nos ayudó a organizar nuestro itinerario. Cuando llegamos al puerto, Sophie y su hermano Adonis estaban allí esperando a saludarnos, y desde ese momento nuestra aventura Milos comenzó en la nota perfecta. A la llegada del hotel, Nektaria nos acogió con el más cálido golpe, haciendo que nos sentamos en casa inmediatamente. La hospitalidad es la que nos invita a compartir el vino con la familia, pasar una noche maravillosa conversar y aprender más sobre la cultura y la vida griegas en la isla. El gesto más dulce fue cuando ayudaron a organizar una sorpresa celebración de cumpleaños para mi mamá en el 70o aniversario. El calor, la generosidad y la atención a los detalles elevaron nuestra experiencia a otro nivel. La familia Garifalakis es la mejor de la hospitalidad griega. No sólo proporcionaron alojamiento, crearon memorias que permanecerán con nosotros para siempre. Si visitas Milos y buscas un lugar donde te tratas como familia en lugar de como invitado, no puedo recomendar las habitaciones de Garifalakis Comfort lo suficientemente alto."
