HOLY HELL. If you are over 20 don't stay here. The techno music is loud. The restaurant is zero stars. The staff could care less and the place is a disaster. And the taxidermy is everywhere for this who do not like dead animals.. Avoid avoid avi=oid.

This perfect hotel is located in the heart of Navigli neighborhood. Lots of shops, cafes and lovely places to see are around. Tram no 3, just around the corner, will take you directly to the Duomo. f you prefer to take a walk, you can go to the center via central shopping street with lots of shops and cafes. The first thing you'll meet in the hotel is the perfect so nice and helpful staff. The hotel has on site gim, gourmet ZAIA restaurant, cafe and very popular night bar, where you can grab a drink with friends and hang out in a perfect atmosphere. The junior suite was huge, perfectly clean, quiet, cosy and well equiped, as well a nice very big balcony/patio connected with the suite. Every suite is designed diferently. We stayed in the Hunting suite and it was perfect. So don't miss the experience in the hotel and enjoy a lot!

Tucked just off the main drag of Piazza XXIV, this hotel is a little gem. Its location is unbeatable, just a stroll along the canal to all the bars, eateries and hotspots. The bar is stupendous and vast, a feature in itself - definitely worth stopping for a cocktail before heading out for dinner. If Purple Haze is on the cocktail menu that night, go for it. Consider booking Zäia (the hotel restaurant) for dinner, because it is exceptionally good. As is the breakfast selection. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and contain all the amenities you could wish for, but the bathroom door is simply a sliding panel, so you might want to put some music on while your partner uses the facilities. Staff were super helpful, always willing to help or solve a problem. We really enjoyed our stay here and would return in a heartbeat. Top tips - Trams 9 and 10 take you directly to Milano Centrale. From nearby Porta Genova, take Tram 2 directly to the Centro Historico with a tram stop for the Duomo.

A good hotel in a great neighbourhood of Milan. A 30 min walk from the key sightseeing area around the Duomo and easily accessible via Tram 3. The welcome could have been better, we arrived after dark in a terrible rainstorm on Saturday night (4/11) and found the reception staff to be young, with a couldnt care less approach. No welcome, no helpful info on the hotel ie breakfast times or a basic introduction to the incredibly confusing layout of the hotel. They also pushed back on the VIP reward - although we subsequently worked this out with reception the next day. Our comfortable and quiet room was through reception and back outside, through The Doping Bar (a brilliant and incredibly busy bar) to a small door that took you to a lift to the rooms. The team member who showed us to our room could not work out how to operate the lighting in the room and left us in the dark wondering what exactly we had booked! Everything improved enormously the following morning at breakfast. The team working in Zaia serving breakfast were really fantastic! Attentive, interested and offered some great suggestions on things to do. The breakfast was delicious and worth adding to your booking. Overall we settled into this rather disjointed hotel and got in tune with its eccentric feel. We would definitely return.

First off this staff is amazing the hotel really stylish. The room was very cool but the amenities not so much! no steamer no iron in room, no menu for mini bar no information for guest no room service, maybe this was an oversight but I hate asking for things. The bathroom had mold and our shower clogged and flooded the bathroom it was disgusting and I had to go without a shower that day so I didn’t flood the whole room. While they fixed the shower and cleaned up there was mold all over the tile grout and that’s gross even above the shower and the window which is not a sign of a good hotel it’s actually unacceptable. Nobody made any effort to compensate or say sorry not even breakfast or coffee or drinks anything would of been better then nothing I didn’t ask to move rooms it’s unfortunate that this hotel didn’t make a better effort. We bought breakfast everyday it was good it was not included which was ok with me the bar was beautiful and hip but very loud and you could hear music till 1am in the morning at least in my suite.

i love the staff, but the property it is a little bit far from de center.

We stayed for one night. It is possible to drive to the property without dealing with congestion charges. Parking there is quite expensive but they were generous with leaving the car there on checkout day so it was quite convenient (tram line 3 from the centre). Rooms are very clean and unique. Bar area is a bit of a scene and eclectic and might not suit all visitors.

Found this hotel through Teipadvisor. 100% the coolest hotel we’ve stayed in for a while. Super nice suite with private balcony. Superb alacarte breakfast and maybe the coolest bar and lounge seen. You will not ve dissapointed. Just a few steps from the Navilgi nigh-life and quality restaurants.
