Valoraciones de Hotel Bolzano

¡Solo lo usé una noche el día antes de mi vuelo! Está cerca de la estación Milano Centrale y se puede llegar andando incluso si llevas un transportista. Reservé una habitación doble económica y me sorprendió lo pequeña que era, pero había espacio suficiente para abrir dos maletas. No hay ningún problema siempre y cuando realmente busques lo mínimo indispensable. Me sorprendió el momento en que entré a la habitación, considerando que solo era una estadía de una noche. ¡Lo pasé genial! ! Sólo hay una ducha y no hay problemas con el suministro de agua. También hay una olla. Lo mejor de todo es que hay un supermercado justo enfrente de mí, así que pude hacer algunas compras rápidas en el supermercado justo enfrente de mí, así que fue muy conveniente.

Encontré un hotel cerca de la estación de Milán. La habitación era tan pequeña que dos personas no podían desempacar el equipaje al mismo tiempo. Afortunadamente, solo me quedé una noche, de lo contrario habría llorado.

La cama es buena. Pero viejo hotel. Lo que más me gusta es el personal eficiente y amable. La persona que me registró (filipino) no solo fue profesional, sino que también me proporcionó un hervidor de agua cuando lo pedí. Me he alojado en un hotel más nuevo cerca a principios de este año que me dijo que fuera a la cafetería de al lado por agua caliente. Sin embargo, la habitación en la que estaba, en la planta baja, es bastante ruidosa. Necesita tapones para los oídos.

good location and good service

セントラル駅から徒歩圏内でアクセスが良い。ホテルの室内や設備は値段相応で、そんなに室内で過ごさないという方であれば良いと思います。

La atención del personal es buena, las instalaciones valdría la pena ya remozarlas, el colchón no da más, el lavamanos se tapa, solo tienes escasos centímetros para pasar de la puerta a la ducha, pequeño no, lo siguiente. Parece sucio, pero no, la limpieza de los que hacen la habitación es buena, es que todo luce muy desgastado ya. El comedor muy bonito, compartido con otro hotel al parecer. En fin eta céntrico cosa muy importante, pero yo estuve 3 noches. No repito, por más económico que sea o por más 3 estrellas que tenga. Saludos.

Llegamos después de un agotador día de viaje.No fue muy amable quien nos recibió.El ascensor parece que se va a desarmar pero no tienes otra opción si tienes que subir valijas.El baño se veía sucio.La habitación estaba correcta parece que estaban remodelando.Lobby y pasillos horribles.No hay hervidor.Las zonas aledañas no parecen seguras de noche.

El Hotel Bolzano no solo dispone de la mejor ubicación en Milán (a unos 350 mts de Milano Centrale - Estación de Trenes) sino que dispone de servicios internos y externos que mejoran disginificativamente tu estadia: Externos: al frente del Hotel encontrarás un pequeño supermercado, Gym y en todos sus alrededores encontrarás restaurantes para todos los gustos: comidas típicas italianas, veganas, etc. Internos: el desayuno no está incluido en el precio de la habitación, pero por tan solo 10 euros, puedes comer tipo bufett y bastante variado: café, té, agua, jugos, yogourt, diferentes tipos de pan, dulces, quesos, etc., etc. El personal son la gente más amable que te puedas conseguir y la limpieza en general es bastante óptima.

La ubicación es muy buena, a unos 300/400 metros de la Estación Central. La habitación y el baño son de un tamaño normal, más bien grande. La atención del personal es muy correcta y el wifi funcionaba perfectamente.

This hotel was simply amazing, the guys at reception were very helpful as this was my first time in Milan, I had a lot of questions and they helped me out. Room was very clean, thanks to the sweet lady who made sure the room was clean and tidy every single day. The room also had heater so I didn’t freeze in Milan weather. Overall this was an amazing stay.

Stayed at the hotel during a recent professional trip. The location is ideal close to the central station and easily accessible. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit all preferences. The staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for business travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and good service.

Good value but not glamorous. The rooms were smaller and felt a little dated. Breakfast was good, location was good as well. If you’re looking to save a little money it’s a good choice, it felt safe and the area around the hotel was nice as well.

Visited Milan and stayed here for only 1 night! It was a very small room with hardly any space to move around and the bathroom was tiny! There was no iron kettle in the room. Quite disappointed with the amenities I would have thought the hotel would have provided better facilities. The lift has space for just 1 person and the lobby was dated, dull with no air conditioning. I wasn’t at all impressed that’s why I only stayed 1 night

I spent 2 nights booking a double room several monts in advance as I attended to a concert. First thing to highlight is the service and flexibility. Once realised I had a different flight schedule than expcted, the structure could add an extra night to my stay over the phone, confirming punctually prices and room via e-mail. We arrived on Friday around midnight. The room was minimal, open cabinet, a few hangers, no drawers, One table with chair, a TV and 2 bed side tables with electricity sockets (no USB port). Overall small and clean (although not excepional). Bathroom is equipped with soap/shampoo. Airco is very noisy, excessive to have it running during the night. Opening a window was a bad choice as on Saturday morning at 6:00 there was a delivery at the hotel with tremendous amunt of noise. The bed is comfortable being not too soft (this is personal preference). The safe in our room was different than the one depicted on the instructions and it was blocked. We asked for help at the reception on Saturday morning but there was no way this could be fixed (keys were missing, expert would be there only after a few hours). So we had to leave a bag at the reception. The breakfast is amongs the most abundant in terms of choice I have seen in a long time. The quality of almost all sweet/salty products is high, and the staff constantly replace what is missing. If I must find a minus: only 1 coffee machine is cretaing some traffic at the self service. On Saturday night (15/16 June) we came back after 2:00 AM. The outer door was locked, nobody opened it after several times we rang the doorbell. I even had t o call the phone a few times. Perhaps an automatic command based on hotel key card would be better as system if the front desk is not attendend constantly.
