2 noches sin sistemas de calefacción y sin calefacción eléctrica. ¡Me di una ducha fría en noviembre! Y nadie advirtió antes sobre el problema. Después de mi queja, la recepcionista me proporcionó una manta. Algunos pelos en el bidé y una toalla rota en el baño. Sin embargo, la falta de comunicación sobre el problema de la calefacción fue muy decepcionante, incluso si el personal fue amable después de mi queja. La peor experiencia en Milán.

Bonito hotel en Milán que está a pasos del Metro. En general, es un hotel agradable, pero hubo problemas con el baño, donde el calentador de toallas no se apagaba y no había agua caliente por la mañana.

Normalmente nos alojamos en el Unahotels Galles en Milán, pero habíamos visto este hotel cerca y decidimos probarlo. El Napoleón está bien ubicado, a unos 10 o 1 minutos a pie de la estación de tren Milano Centrale, a unos 20 minutos a pie del Duomo o a 4 estaciones de metro y la estación de Metro Lima está a sólo unos minutos a pie del hotel. Este hotel también está a 2 minutos a pie del Coso Buenos Aires, una importante calle comercial. Enfrente del hotel hay una excelente pizzería frecuentada por lugareños y justo al lado de la calle, a unos 70 metros, hay un excelente pub de cerveza artesanal. Mi bar callejero favorito en Milán, el Cin Cin Bar, también está a sólo 2 o 3 minutos a pie. El check-in fue fácil. Recepcionista amable y servicial. No estoy seguro de cuál es la mejor manera de describir la decoración de este hotel, pero el "bling" moderno podría ser lo correcto. Diseño ***** brillante y plateado por todas partes, incluso en las habitaciones. Como estar en una discoteca perpetua. Sin embargo, estaba muy limpio, había caja fuerte en la habitación, una máquina de café y un hervidor adicional con café/té, etc. Buenos artículos de tocador, secador de pelo, cama cómoda, nevera surtida, buena conexión wifi y suficientes enchufes. El desayuno era el típico estilo continental italiano. Una buena variedad de embutidos y quesos, panes, croissants, bollos, bollería, cereales, zumos de frutas, así como tortitas, gofres, huevos revueltos, huevos duros y tocino. El capuchino también estuvo bien. ¿Volvería? Sí, lo haría si los precios del Napopleon fueran significativamente más baratos que los del Unahotels Galles; de lo contrario, prefiero este último.

The room was clean, staff very helpful. Location was very good. There’s no AC after October 25 due to govt regulations, you open windows to cool off, Mrs. Mosquito and her friends come in without any invitation. Staff offered a fan. Otherwise it was good.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a smart and quiet neighbourhood of this busy city. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful especially Gabriel nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was great. Lots of good bars and restaurants close by as is a convenient metro station. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel my only comment would be that due to staff shortages the hotel bar was closed. 4.5/5

BREAKFAST. Outstanding. The service, selection and friendly atmosphere is the best we have received for breakfast during our trip. The Hotel itself is impeccably clean and very close to a Metro station, which made getting around so easy. All in all a GREAT experience. The front desk staff were also very helpful, cordial and tended to our every need.

We decided to stay at Hotel Napoleon as part of our rail tour of Italy. Whilst relatively small the rooms are well equipped, and stylish as a the hotel itself. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 11pm and the concierge opened the bar so we could get a beer! The breakfast was superb. We stopped at the hotel twice and on the return journey got a better room at the front with a small balcony. There was however a foul smell coming from stir bidet which we reported and unfortunately the cleaner’s had gone home. The concierge did his best to clean it, which was an improvement but the waste pipe needed a proper clean. It was a shame as it spoiled our stay a little. That said the hotel is in a brilliant location for the railway station (15min) walk and Central Milan (30min) walk. In all a great hotel and would stay there again (but would check the bathroom for smells!) would also be helpful if the description stated that the bar is not open very often

Property is in a decent location. Plenty restaurants and shops around. Hotel, however wasn’t as good as it looked on pics. Upon arrival we found sheets ripped with holes and stains. Curtain was stained as well. We stayed for few nights and noticed sheets weren't even changed when we came back the following day. Walls between the room were thin, we could hear someone laugh and yell all night like he was next to me. Overall room was very small. I am 6’3” and Bed was small, my feet were hanging down, it definitely wasn't king size. Two small twin beds put together. Room is very small, you have about a foot or two to walk around the bed, I kept hitting myself on the sharp edge of the wall every time i was changing. Bathroom glass door was very small. Barely got in sideways. I am 250 lbs and I feel that bigger fellas wont be able to get inside the shower as the glass door is only about 12-15” wide. I would not recommend this hotel or this room.
