Tres belle experience

Excelente ubicación para nosotros, a poca distancia de la estación central de Milán y de la parada del autobús turístico. No es un edificio nuevo, pero está bien mantenido. Tuvimos una estancia muy cómoda.

Buena ubicación cerca de la estación de metro Republicca, pero no había cepillo de dientes en mi habitación y este no funcionaba bien. Por lo demás, en general estuvo bien.

Increíble, siempre me encanta este hotel con un servicio y un ambiente fantásticos.

Love the friendly staffs. The location is great, many restaurants nearby, also stations, takes us anywhere. The breakfast buffet is magnificent.

The stay was alright. I think the prices in Milan are too high for some basic facilities. Overall, it could be better. During the stay, we witnessed how the staff at the reception were mocking Asian tourists behind their backs. I think it's unacceptable. We also think the reception staff could be more helpful and informative. We had the case with a delievery of the goods to Germany, and it took forever for us with the help of stuff at the hotel.

One of thr Best service from Marriott hotels that we visit. Reception is helpful and concierge is caring. Must guard surrounding with security to avoid any negative experience

Venue is great, very near Milan Centrale. Room service is fast, every staff was helpful in different ways.

1. The room I was given was totally off from what I booked.  Thank you to the patient front desk staff,  the issue was resolved after 2 rounds of changes. However the room was not as new as shown in the trip.com picture which I booked the room from.  Compared to Korea, it was really a disappointment  2.  Toilet bowl was shaky and took 2 days for hotel to fix it and by then we were about to leave. 3.  Stains were found in bedsheet and our towels. 4. On our last night stay, we wanted to have a drink at the lounge..we were told due to a private event we need to pay a surcharge of 20euro each if we wanted to be seated in.. as hotel guests I don't think this is acceptable.  After much waiting, then we were told we could have our drink at an alternative lounge but why didn't we being told from the start? The alternative place was at the hotel lobby with little attention given and I got to take the menu myself to my seat! Is that something to be expected from a 5 star hotel like Westin?

It is well located but hotel looks abit aged. Otherwise it's a generally functional hotel. Price a little high though.
