Galleria Vik Milano

La habitación anunciada con imágenes que dan a la galería, da a un patio interior miserable y en mal estado. No hay TV. Nos dicen que hay que pedirlo por separado !!! Cosa no especificada

We had 3 adults and 2 children, booked two rooms, each for 2 adults. However, the hotel insisted that we need to pay for a third room, since we had 5 people. Despite the fact that we explained that our kids are small and can't sleep alone, they made us pay for a third room just to leave it empty, and said that room arrangement was our own problem. Will never come back again.

Nice stay, location was convenient near all the public transport, would recommend

The location was perfect, inside the Galleria Mall. I could see the mall scenary in my room balcony. The staffs we're very kind and valet parking service was great. Breakfast was excellent and room service was another great feature. The room was very spacious. It didn't have office desk to work on but managed somehow. I strongly recommend this hotel and want to stay again!

The location is wonderful inside the galleria with all the top brands, we could see from our windows the interior of the galleria. The building itself is old but the rooms are renovated as you can see from photos.

房間的話就是小小的 但相對米蘭很多地方已經算不錯 但是非常有特色 畢竟推開窗户就在穹頂 這個體驗也不是哪裡都有 餐廳特別好 不論是藝術品的設定或是菜品的新鮮及豐盛程度 還可以坐在窗邊欣賞清早無人的購物街

絕對不推薦，入住會變得不幸。 總結：1星motel裝在豪華的商場裏 如果不信我可以看看谷歌評價，全都是超低分。 千萬別入住求求你們了，這是個黑心商家 1.小紅書看到推薦才選的，預訂時沒注意選的房間沒景色，於是剛入住就和前台發WhatsApp説可不可以升級，半小時都沒回復。於是去前台當面説，當時信誓旦旦的和我説沒有房間可以升級了今晚。 我説我房間對面就有一間能不能收拾好了我搬過去就一晚，前台拒絕。但我後來查網站明明就有，前台還是死活説沒有，直到給她看了才説還有房間。 還有個小插曲，我剛check in的時候發現在2樓就説有沒有高點的樓層，前台直接翻了我一個白眼。 2.走廊盡頭在刷油漆，房間內味道很刺鼻。反饋後衹是噴了空氣清新劑和我説解決了。過了10分鐘照樣刺鼻並且讓人頭疼。 3.去前台要求退房並且全額退款，直接被拒絕説我們用過了房間，我到房間的第一分鐘就發消息給他們要求升級，並沒有動任何東西。床都沒坐過。 攜程打電話協商，前台不接電話。當面對峙和我撒謊説沒人打電話，我站在那邊看着她才接電話。並且態度非常傲慢。但是我們一離開又不接電話。 並且我説我因為小紅書推薦才來不然就去希爾頓四季什麼的了，結果前台説那你為什麼沒定呢？（我剛剛四季退房出來，就是為了過來拍照的）這種態度該是前台有的麼？ 4.代客泊車説提前半小時通知就可以，我們提前了一小時通知卻還是在酒店多等了一個小時才看到我們的車。 5.Whatsapp一直不回覆，沒有像樣的前台服務，必須下去找他們面對面提要求。 6.房間沒電視，説是為了保護藝術品，但是他們的藝術品就是些牆上的油漆。 7.酒店裝修十分廉價，1-2星級的那種。還好意思開這個價格。並且有些開關根本就是壞的。房間也不算整齊乾淨。
