Decent place to stay if you’re not planning on spending a lot of time in your room. The towels are basic (bit on the thinner side), and the toiletries on offer include a bar of soap and teeny tiny body wash. I used 2-3 body wash bottles per shower and it wasn’t great quality (very thin and runny), so I would suggest just bringing your own or buying something cheap in Milan. I also ended up buying a cheap hand soap as I prefer liquid to a bar, and some tissues as there were none in the room. They accommodated my gluten-free needs for the snacks provided which was very kind. Some noisy construction work was going on during the day but it was over by 4pm and didn’t start until 8am or so. They provide some paper disposable slippers which is handy and a nice touch to have for this quality of accommodation. Centrally located and easy to access. Reception is not manned very often and the workers could not speak English very well at all, so they spoke to me in Italian and I got the just of it as I have some knowledge of Portuguese and French. The tray of the shower was a bit dirty/soap scum stained. We requested two single beds but the room we were given was made up as one king bed. They quickly changed it to two single beds within an hour.
