Sheva Boutique Hotel

Place it's kinda tricky to find. It's between many transfer place and pizza restaurant, big golden gate where you ring the bell with the hotel name and once inside we had a hard time finding the floor because there is nothing (a map or something) which tells you where is the place 3rd floor on the right side (if you are reserving) Staff were super kind and helping. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. No TV just streaming services, for me was enough. The A/c is central so you can not regulate it from inside the room. Had a really warm night .

El hotel, que en realidad no es un hotel sino más bien un bed and breakfast pero sin desayuno, está situado a menos de 100 m de la Plaza de la Catedral. Es un hotel de literas y solo tiene 7 habitaciones. Tuvimos suerte de que alguien del personal estuviera allí porque nadie contestó el teléfono. Un señor que seguramente es el encargado de la limpieza nos abrió la puerta y nos dio nuestra habitación a las 13:00 horas. La habitación estaba amueblada de forma muy funcional. Dispone de nevera y televisión sin programas en idioma inglés ni alemán. No hay forma de enfriar las almohadillas de enfriamiento porque el refrigerador está muy débil. Fue difícil llegar al aparcamiento, que está a 120 m. Las calles son estrechas y por ellas todavía circulan las vías del tranvía. No hay persona de contacto y no hay carpeta de información en la sala. Estas por tu cuenta.

Don't espect other than a room, nothing else than a rooms for me this is not a hotel more as a motel even deficult to locate hotel for first arrival entry. Rooms as you saw in the photos location is very good but hotel in a building that shared in the third floor it's like an apartment divided to rooms.

Don't espect other than a rooms in this hotel for me I see it as a motel, nothing other than rooms in this hotel, location is good near by Duomo restaurants near by but it's in the third floor on a shared building which very hard to know where is the hotel without instructions for first time you enter hotel, the rooms as you see in the photos it's good but small.

Staff was helpful and accommodating. Entrance is difficult to find. You must go to the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Location is convenient, but noise from subway and surface trams is constant

the location is good. the staff is nice and helpful if you need any reservation of restaurant. they are willing to help.

The room was tiny. Not enough space to put our luggage. There was literally no on at the desk for most of the time. Found a drunk guy passed out outside the lobby and had to step over him to get out. Bathroom dud not have soap in the shower

The entrance to the hotel is confusing and hard to find. The hotel should send information beforehand to give details like floor etc. The location is excellent and the room is clean though. However, the hotel payment was taken TWICE for the same stay/night and I am struggling to be reimbursed. I have called the hotel and they confirmed this double payment and they were going to send an email confirmation for the refund, but they still have not done so. I am still chasing… Make sure you check your bank statements to ensure you have only been debited once.
