El hotel está bien a nivel general, habitaciones renovadas, limpio y bien situado. Da opción de desayuno buffet interesante por 20€ al día por persona. Ahora bien, a algún directivo de dicho hotel se le ha ocurrido que es una buena idea colocar un bar, que más parece una discoteca, en la azotea de dicho hotel, con el resultado que la música se escucha, y sobre todo retumba, en las habitaciones, molesto se queda corto. A pesar de las quejas no la quitan y si expresas tu queja lo único que te ofrecen es que te cambies de habitación como si el culpable fueses tú sin tener en cuenta además que te ofrecen habitaciones de mucha inferior calidad y tamaño. Con respecto al servicio comentar que de cuatro noches que reservé, dos días no hicieron la habitación, llegas después de todo el día fuera con ganas de descansar y estar tranquilo y en lugar de eso a reclamar, a esperar que te hagan la habitación... ni un solo día pude acostarme antes de las 2 de la madrugada, he hecho más tours de mi habitación a la recepción que en la ciudad. Mi peor experiencia como huésped de hoteles con diferencia y de largo ha sido en este que presume de 4 estrellas. En resumen, una vergüenza y una muy muy mala experiencia. No, no puedo recomendar un infierno como un buen alojamiento.

El servicio del hotel es inexistente, es demasiado mejor que el hotel tradicional de alta calidad. En sí mismo hay docenas de habitaciones que se pueden decir que el servicio es un par. El cuarto es grande y es especialmente adecuado para la residencia de la familia. El punto más destacado del hotel es el campo de visión inexistente, y el paisaje más hermoso de Milán está a tu frente. El desayuno es muy bueno, Trip.com no incluye el sello de desayuno directo en el restaurante es 48 euros por persona, muy bueno, el servicio es muy intimidad. Porque me he levantado tarde y el camarero me dijo que comías lentamente, que comías y no tenía nada que ver con nuestra comida. Es muy intimidad.

We booked our trip with the priority of visiting Lake Como, Bellagio etc. We added two nights at the end of the trip in Milan before our flight home and left booking our accommodation til last. I didn’t have high expectations at all, especially since most of the service around Lake Como was pretty average. I was also reluctant to book this hotel as it was very new at the time of booking with no reviews etc. By far this was the best hotel we stopped in on our trip and felt the value was great! Alexandra & Simona on the front desk need a special mention. On check in, despite a queue slowly forming behind us, Alexandra was really patient in giving us 10/10 customer service helping us get accustomed with the area so we could maximise our time exploring before our room was ready. We were able to leave the bags at the hotel for free during this time. My partner also got in touch with the hotel in advance as we got engaged earlier in our trip. For comparison, we stayed in a 5 star hotel in Bellagio on the night of the engagement who knew about it all through my partner’s planning but did no special touches etc. I guess it is not a given but it’s a special touch… meanwhile NH Corso pulled out all the stops! We had a complimentary room upgrade (205) and were welcomed to balloons, confetti, fruit and a personalised message in the room! It was such a special touch! Alexandra also recommended a delicious local bakery called Pattini which is great for breakfast if you don’t have it included like us. For the hotel room itself, since it is a new hotel, it is very modern, clean and functional. Nice little touches like lighting in the wardrobe, a nice big mirror, hooks to hang up your jackets etc. It sounds a bit pedantic bUt it all made it such a comfortable stay! They have amenities you can request from the reception too but they are sustainable in considering wastage etc which is nice to see! My only tiny feedback would be the seal on the shower door isn’t fixed properly which caused the bathroom to get wet quickly, Im sure they can fix this quickly though :) the bar in the hotel lobby also looks great but we didn’t get chance to try. The hotel is a good location to the train station but it is still a 15 min walk, so keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Definitely doable though like we did! The area zona Buenos Aires is lovely and lots of shops around for an evening stroll. We went to the Portobello restaurant approx 10 min walk away which I would recommend. All in all definitely consider this hotel, especially when you look at the price compared to other £££ ‘central’ hotels as this is located super close to a subway station which makes transport so easy.

Tengo que dar las gracias a todo el personal que durante una semana estuvieron atentos a mis peticiones pero especial a::: En Recepción hago especial mención a Karima y en zona Desayunos a Stella Pero la persona responsable del hotel que la e visto siempre a cada hora pendiente de todo !!!!! El hotel glam milano está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación central de milano, tienes buenos restaurantes a sus alrededores, también la ciudad está muy bien comunicada, cuentas con bus, tren, transvia y metro, el hotel es muy limpio cómodo y su personal es muy amable, las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario!! La verdad recomiendo el hotel al 100%

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, a cinco o seis minutos de la estación central. Sin embargo, está ubicado en un gran patio. No es fácil encontrar el hotel por primera vez, pero puedes encontrarlo siguiendo las indicaciones. direcciones en Google Maps. La habitación del hotel es grande y cómoda y la actitud del servicio es muy buena. Además, hay muchas opciones de restaurantes alrededor del hotel, algunos caros y otros baratos. El transporte es muy conveniente. Hay un metro directo a la estación central para llegar a las atracciones y la terminal de autobuses del aeropuerto también está en la estación. ¡Debes estar satisfecho con este viaje y recomendarlo a todos!

Hay pocos hoteles con los que estoy extremadamente satisfecho. No es sólo lo lujoso que es, sino que satisface plenamente mis necesidades: 1) El autobús del aeropuerto está a la derecha al salir de la estación central de trenes. Está a 1 minuto. caminar hasta la estación 2) La recepción es china (el dueño del hotel). Muy amable y conveniente. De hecho, me dejaron registrarme a las 10 a. m. Después de ducharme, me sentí renovado cuando me fui. A diferencia de otros hoteles donde tienes que guardar tu equipaje con antelación y mirarte a la cara 3) Oferta más barata Hay de todo en la habitación, nevera, hervidor de agua... el baño es bastante grande y hay un. balcón🤩 Las instalaciones de la habitación y la ropa de cama están limpias y ordenadas... Esta es la primera vez que quiero escribir una reseña desde el primer minuto de mi estadía.

Clean, quiet rooms. Hotel is very secure. Also near a Tigros Supermarket, an Italian Post Office (essential for sending post cards!), and a couple of good cafes, one of which opens up VERY early (I had an espresso once at 5:40am, and they clearly had been open for a while already). Staff are very service-oriented and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned my room to a spotless standard. Location is fairly convenient - a quick walk or cab ride to either Sondrio station (my preferred Metro station), or Centrale Station. I highly recommend a stay here - it's an overall excellent value!

My wife got a good deal on this hotel. At first it seems out of the way, but it is close to M1 underground line (Gambara closest stop). Plus there were quite a few very good restaurants within walking distance (＜15 min). We walked in to the centre of the city a number of times - around 40 minutes, but no big deal for us. I'd joined my wife at the last minute and the hotel were very generous and didn't request a supplement, which was not expected and obviously highly appreciated! All staff were polite and courteous. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast room on the top floor was great - light and bright with views west over the roof tops. We would recommend this hotel!
