czyste odnowione pokoje z widokiem na morze każdy i restauracja oraz lobby
możliwość pobytu z psem

hotel takiej jakości wymaga lepszego prowadzenia kuchni, menu na lato mogę wam przygotować zdecydowanie lepsze
cena za pobyt z małym psem +100zł/noc to zdecydowanie przesada
do odnowienia nadal pozostaje basen zewnętrzny oraz balkony

Hallo liebe Reisende,
der Besuch in Misdroy / Miedzyzdroje war voller Erfolg.
Die Lage: das Hotel liegt seit über 30 Jahren an die gleiche Stelle und rührt sich nicht :)
Wurde zwischenzeitlich gründlich renoviert und entspricht dem Standard ****.
Das Rauschen des Meeres ist nicht käuflich! Aber man kann es wirklich genießen !!!!!
Zum Glück das Gebäude sagt nichts über die Menschen, die dort tätig sind.
Einfach: Super, Orient, Extra, Lux.
Erste Klasse "Kameradschaft", die stets zur Verfügung steht, und deckt jegliche Ansprüche und Erwartungen.
Das Essen ist einfach für jedermann und ist naturbelassen köstlich.
Vielen Dank an die "Kräfte" Frau Anna und Marzena auch neue Kollegin Maja. Der junge Herr Jakub und Herr Andrzej,
Hoffentlich werden wir uns bald wiedersehen.

A great hotel and well positioned right next to the beach.
Rooms clean and looked recently refurbished. Nice pool area. Food good and well presented. Reception staff excellent.
Bar/restaurant in the evening - the staff need to engage with guests. The bar was often unattended, and staff seemed to hide in the kitchen. One waitress called Ania was excellent but others need to understand something of what is required to work in the service industry.
There is a nightclub next to the hotel (not part of the hotel) which seemed to have a licence to play music until 4am. This was an issue on one of the nights of our stay.
Overall, this is a great hotel and we would return, just ensuring we had a room on the side of the hotel that was away from the nightclub.

I have been living in US for over 20 years now and apparently I take some things for granted by now... an example is the parking... while booking the hotel I assumed I will have also parking place available if needed, well I was disappointed that there was no parking available when I arrived, because apparently I had to book it separately while making the room reservation... I am not use to it. Well, I asked to be informed the next day if something will change about parking. So I was disappointed the next day that nobody contacted me about that and only when I approach the front desk myself and inquire about the parking I found out that it was available. Second example... In America, all staff is always smiling, happy and eager to help, in polish hotel staff is sad, avoiding eye contact, and rude... or this is the polish mentality? Amber Baltic, although 30 years old hotel is still a very nice hotel; that said I've seen dirty walls, peeling paint, or rust here and there... Now the food was great, breakfasts were real feasts. So overall, great accommodation, great food, but customer service needs to improve.

Hatten eine Suite gebucht,lt.Fotos aber mit Dusche,Liegen auf der Terasse,anderer Ausblick.Wollten dann diese Suite und oun den oberen Etagen.Hiess dann lapidar,alle Suiten wären weg und das wären SeniorSuiten(sind leider nirgends zu finden und zu buchen🤔) Telefon in der Suite war nicht angeschlossen,haben dann selber gemacht.Wollten mehrmals den Zimmerservice kontaktieren,ging leider nie jemand ran,genauso an der Rezeptionsnummer. Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen.An der Rezeption sehr wortkarge und unfreundliche Frau. Da die Konkurrenz auch in Polen nicht schläft ist dieses Hotel nicht mehr empfehlenswert.Preislich kein Unterschied auch nicht mehr zu Deutschland(und wir kommen von Rügen)
