"The two combined beds in my room were very uncomfortable for two people because the other one was shorter than the other, ontop of that the TV was not connected. I tried to connect it but its extension is short, it can’t reach the plugging area. Very disappointed."

"It's too cold and damp, the heating is inadequate, and it's quite remote. Calling Uber or Eats is inconvenient. The room door is one of those old-fashioned ones that require double locking. It's cold overall, and dinner service ends very early. If possible, it would be better to stay in a more lively area, where eating and getting around are more convenient. This location is too desolate."
