"My husband and myself stayed for 4 nights while our Bathroom was getting renovated.For the start to the finish our stay was to say the least lovely.The Staff on reception Janet and Kirstie and the other girls who were working couldn’t of been more helpful a credit to Premier Inns.The cleaning girls so nice and help nothing was too much trouble for them the hotel was full I believe so they were working so hard.The last day we had a perfect delicious breakfast in the on site restaurant.Everything you could wish for.Just like to mention Karen and the lovely lady who was working with her ( Alan’s wife!)They also went out of their way to help us.Im in a wheelchair the upgraded accessible room I booked was totally worth the extra money,it had a fridge and a lower bed.The bathroom was spot on.Perfect stayI was reluctant to leave.Thanks everyone who worked Monday 12th January till Friday 16 th January,you are all stars."

"The accommodation was lovely and very clean, the only problem was that the staircase to upstairs was so tiny and steep, it was quite difficult getting my luggages up the stairs. Also I was made to pay a deposit of £50.00 before my code was given to me to unlock the door for entry. I was told that it would be refunded the next day after check out, it's been a week after I checked out but I haven't recieved any refund."
