Absolutely disgusting. Rude, unprofessional receptionist who was on a break every 5 minutes. Room was disgusting, everything was dirty. Black, dirty towel, no hand soap or bodywash in the dispensers. Vile

Very clean, fresh breakfast with plenty of choice, great powerful shower, very clean rooms, and reception was made great by Megan and Amy. Best Travelodge to date. Stay at some shabby ones, thanks. Cleanliness 10/10 Breakfast 10/10 Reception and service 10/10.

The receptionist Amy was rly nice, she told us lots of helpful things and was rly kind and had some rly sweet stories behind her arm tattoos that she showed us, each of them represented a different family member so that was rly cool I think bbbbb

The hotel is great value and is well positioned for a night out. Everything was clean, there was plenty of tea and coffee and we were entirely satisfied with the great value breakfast.

Whilst staying at the Middlesbrough Travelodge my car was vandalised during the night. Hotel staff took pictures and said they would speak to head office and call me back. I've heard nothing since!!!

The receptionist was wonderful and made checking in so simple and quick. She explained everything and was so welcoming. Im sure she was called Zoe she definitely deserves a pay rise. Great service and so polite. I would recommend this person to anyone

Amy was very kind. Room was clean. Toilet was clean. Service was great! Food was nice. especially the sticky toffee pudding. Was very helpful when we needed the hair dryer. Was very kind when we wanted to finish food in the canteen area. Overall great experience

Lovely stay, was only there for a few hours sleep but no noise or anything, very clean inside too :) Much appreciated Amy, you're a star Only downside is no vegan milk for my friend which was unfortunate, but hey ho, still lovely place to stay, especially close to level x
