Arrived to check-in for pre-paid, reserved room and was informed that they had no more rooms! Asst Manager acknowledged that this room was prepaid and reserved, but they “oversold” the hotel, stating it was common practice for their industry to oversell hotel rooms by 15% nightly. They sent us to another Hilton hotel, less costly for the night. Of course, we did not receive any refund for the night and they wasted one hour of my time that evening. Classic bait, switch practice. DO NOT trust this facility to honor any reservation!

To start with airport shuttle did not pick us up an extra $40 for Taxi. Got to the hotel got our room. The room had already had someone in it and was not cleaned. How to change rooms. Wi-Fi would not connect. Told us we could come down and she would help us connect to the Wi-Fi after we had already gotten ready for bed. Told her to forget it. Our second room was on a totally different floor from the people we were traveling with these rooms were booked in February. Not at all happy with this guy. The second room is OK but they should never have put us in a room that had not been cleaned. Did not get our senior citizen discount or offer any compensation. For our rooms or for the lack of shuttle service from the airport. This guy will get one star because I can’t do any less and I will not suggest this location to anyone else.

Mario at the front desk is extremely professional courteous and polite and made for an easy check-in experience. He was extremely patient while I worked through some confirmation issues and he was able to get them all sorted out for me

Mario and Abril were very friendly and helpful checking us in and accomodating many of our requests. The room was very spacious and we will gladly come back. I can recommend asking for the waterview unless you’re a plane spotter. The 10th floor is very convenient as well.

Despite unfavourable early reviews, we booked our first night after flying in here as it's new, close to the airport and has an airport shuttle. Also we wanted to check out the brand. We liked the room. They've managed to include a kitchenette into the space of a US hotel room. Our room had a view of the airport so good for plane spotters with binoculars or telephoto lens. Breakfast is included and is on the top floor (10) with views north and south over the lagoon. Lots of options - buffet style. The reception area is open plan so it was difficult to understand the receptionist, who had a strong Spanish accent. Both our shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The lady at breakfast was also helpful. We would stay here again.

This was the first night of 7 - we booked all Hilton for remainder. Room was musky and smelled of mold - if it was cheap, one can say that I booked a cheap motel. The bathroom needed some TLC. Beds were comfortable. Area is a little noisy but expected being close to airport. Hotel was clean - clean lobby , room was probably also clean - we just couldn’t get over the stench.

We love the river front view in our room and the dining area was beautiful. It is huge with lovely river view. The food area was clean.
