Hotel mediocre en el centro de miami, un lugar sin Muchos reclamos, desde allí se puede llegar a toda la ciudad, la Las habitaciones necesitan un cambio de imagen lamentablemente son muy viejas

Very disappointed with my stay. On my arrival I am asked to pay a deposit higher than the price of my reservation. The deposit has still not been returned to me today, although when we left the gentleman to whom we returned the keys told us that it would be returned to us immediately. I have emailed the hotel and got NO response. I find that outrageous. On top of all that, we found a cockroach in our room. Booking number : ***********

酒店是一個小院子，免費停車，前台服務員非常認真，記錄每項他需要的東西，登記車的品牌車型車牌號，我是住在一層的小院子裏，比較安靜，外邊有很多桌椅，價格也便宜，離市區也比較近，總體來説很好

Sin problemas con todo lo que se necesita para una estadia comoda y duradera, al menos a mi no me falto nada y muy conforme con la atencion. Parking free y café por las mañanas como para compartir con unos donuts. O cerca tenemos el Publix en el 4860.-

Ofrece servicios que no brinda, las camas están en mal estado, las almohadas son duras, los colchones también. Tardan mucho a la hora del check out para verificar las habitaciones y tramitar la devolución del depósito.

Resuelve para una pasada rápida que necesites donde descansar. El personal es amable y la localidad es céntrica y accesible.Para mas de una noche considera otro lugar. Las camas son muy pequeñas, el cuarto tiene fuerte olor a humedad y no hay agua caliente.

La verdad no tiene alberca pero es muy bueno agradable limpio confortable la alberca sale sobrando un lugar así para dormir esta excelente trato muy amable y el internet estable hablan español perfecto

Y algo gracioso a la noche cuando llegamos nos dieron una bolsita con maíz inflado que estaba preparando el guardia nocturno

Olor a ********* todos los días, lo único bueno fue el personal de recepción (el que nos recibió fue el mejor de todos, incluso nos ofreció algo de beber después del largo viaje 10/10), el hotel viejo, olía a ********* todos los días. piscina y desayuno no habían casi que no crea que van a encontrar eso, el hotel lejos a todo, aunque si estaba cerca a la parada de bus y frente a un burguer king. adentro había una alfombra sucia y mohosa que solo empeoraba mi alergia, zancudos miles y polillas tambien. Como dije no siento que el problema sea tanto su personal, sino la empresa misma todos sus hoteles tienen el mismo aspecto hasta las patas por ahi una que otra cosa mejor pero por el precio creo que pueden encontrar un hotel mejor ubicado.

To say we are disappointed would be a understatement. We were going to a concert in the area and needed somewhere quick and cheap to stay. The pictures were cute so we booked it but then our concert cancelled. We tried to move the date of the air bnb and was told no due to the policy, even though there was a category 4 hurricane hitting the state. We went anyways and decided to make the best of it but it only got worse. We walked in to dirty carpet(not the beautiful pictured hardwood), mold in the bathroom, stains in the bedding, dirty walls, etc. Overall the place looked like it was held together by spackle and paint. We left and bought another hotel because we were not comfortable staying at such a dirty place. We requested a refund and was told we’d be contacted by a manger and got no response. If you are debating between picking this place and another, choose the other. If you are about to book this, do yourself a favor and find something better. These reviews cannot be real.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a prepaid, nonrefundable room for this property for the evening of March 9th with checkout on March 10th. Due to multiple weather events and flight delays, I did not arrive at the property until around 6 am. I called the property much earlier in the evening to let them know, I would not be arriving until very late/early morning and whoever answered the phone said that wasn't a problem. When I went to check-in, the man behind the desk told me that my reservation had been canceled because of my late arrival. I explained that I already called to confirm the later check in would be ok so please give me a room as I'm here now. This man who was not wearing a nametag and refused to tell me his name, had GIVEN AWAY MY PREPAID ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE and told me they were full and there was nothing he could. I told him I prepaid for a room a this property and I wasn't leaving until I either got that room or he made arrangements for me to stay somewhere else. So here I am, exhausted, temporarily homeless (I left on a cruise later that day), and beyond frustrated standing in a hotel lobby at 6 am, he told me he was going to call the police if I didn't leave. I told him to go a right ahead. So, this rude, horrible man, CALLED THE POLICE ON ME. Two officers arrived a little bit later and I explained the situation. They kind of scolded the man asking how he could give away a room that I, a visitor to their city, had already paid for and then had the audacity to call them as if I was a criminal and the one in the wrong. So while this horrible man, who again wouldn't give me his name or the name of the person I might have spoken to when I called earlier did absolutely nothing to help me, the 2 officers started calling around to properties to find me some place to stay. Very long story short, I eventually found someone else to stay and slept a few hours before I had to check out, no thanks to the person who caused the problem in the first place. Even as I'm typing this I still cannot believe this happened to me at all. To be treated so horribly, not even attempt to fix the problem, and then calling the police on ME?! Reliving that morning is making me upset all over again.

Mathias & Louis at the Front Desk were very professional and helpful. We reported a problem with the shower and it was fixed promptly. The room was clean, smelled fresh and quiet for a good night's rest. It was reasonably priced for Miami area and would definitely stay here again.

Very affordable hotel in the Miami area. Staff was very friendly and knew what they were doing.. Looked like they had all the coronavirus precautions in place. Close to everything you need in Miami. Clean rooms.

Don't suggest the location if you don't have a car. High price for absolutely no amenities, no pool, no coffee pot in room, no breakfast. Lobby coffee not available until 8 am but inappropriate tv is playing in lobby at 5 am.
