Please, do not book with ZenHotel, instead…book directly with the Hotel. They refused to refund (270$)a room even if the Hotel Manager accepted to give my money back. Be aware…they are lying and they are not trustworthy.

WORST Hotel ever! AVOID this SCAM at any cost, you will thank me later!! The *********** information interface does not work, they could not use my Platinun AMEX, the personnel was pooly prepared, nobody to answer, poor infoemation systems that could not read my pictures on the email
