"We have just had a four night stay at The Ship Inn, Mevagissey. The staff are all friendly and efficient. The Head Chef, Stuart, has a great kitchen team as the food was hot and on hot plates. Great portion size and good value for money. The evening music was great too! One thing they can't do anything about are the seagulls and early morning rubbish collections."

"A chilled weekend away from the hustle n bustle of the city, for three days of hiking on the coast path. The location is perfect for hiking, 5-10 min walk to the harbour, shops and eateries, and 10min to the bus stop. Regular busses (even on the weekend and out of season) take you to the main attractions in the area. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating, also making sure my lactose and wheat intolerance was catered for. The breakfast was the best I had in a long time. I booked directly through their website which gave me an additional discount. Can absolutely recommend, and will be back again."
