Absolutely stunning location. Staff could not be friendlier and of perfect service at all times. Nothing is too much of an ask. The hotel car / shuttle into Vico is such a wonderful and essential part of the service. It feels exclusive and like you’re part of a family. The sunset views, drinks and food are first class. Wonderful resort hotel, best location in the area. Amazing sea view from the balcony, really the most beautiful view ever. In addition the restaurant is amazing, service is attentive and generous and there is a shuttle service available to and from Vicco Equense which makes life super easy. There is an amazing swimming pool and Spa, and a wine bar for afternoon drinks. You simply cannot be disappointed. La dolce vita

what an amazing resort hotel. It was perfect for our final days in Italy. The room was clean and the pool area so relaxing but the dining and the service was exceptional.

This hotel was in the perfect location. About 25 minutes outside of Sorrento and very easy to get to from the Naples airport. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, relaxing and the staff was excellent. We will be sending all of our friends and family!

Benjie, Angela and the entire reception team were completely at our disposal and nothing was too much trouble. This review would not be complete without making special mention of Michael in the bar who ensured our throats were never dry and Giovani who worked tirelessly driving the shuttle to and from the nearby town of Vico Equense! Totally recommend this hotel and we will return.

Another amazing holiday in this beautiful part of the world....! Capo la Gala is a real gem.. a 5 star luxury hotel in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy I have ever been to.. and we keep coming back for that reason! This boutique hotel had my heart the minute they flung open the doors in our room (if you've been you will know what I am talking about!) the breathtaking view is a sight to behold.. waves gently lapping in the Bay of Naples it is so beautiful it doesn't look real and I will never not appreciate what a wonderful view they have here. Bullet points:- i) Staff at the hotel cannot do enough for you, the reception team will organise and sort any excursion you could wish for.. we had a private boat trip to Capri and it was fabulous I would highly recommend. ii) Michel and Giovanni in Capri Bar make the most amazing cocktails and have honed their craft well... We like to spend our time here watching the most amazing sunsets iii) The restaurant staff go above and beyond.. literally everyone, real Michelin worthy service at breakfast, lunch and dinner.. so attentive and so knowledgeable - the majority of the team run by Julia have been with the hotel for many years and it shows... The lunch and dinner menus at Nerea are fantastic but if you want something special go to Il Maxi.. the new chef has really brought the restaurant into the latest cooking styles... the starters were phenomenal.. this must have a star by the time we come back next year - really exceptional food. iv) The pool staff organise beds, drinks, bar menu during the day and are so friendly v) The spa... oh my.... this was a real treat... we had a couples massage on the bed outside listening to the water lapping... again a real treat and the staff are fantastic, one of the best treatments I have ever had. vi) The facilities are great.. gym that overlooks the water, infinity pool, steps into the sea itself (my favourite part).. the sea is so calm in the mornings it is like a pond.. I felt very priveleged swimming in such crystal clear waters. The hotel isn't cheap - I read the awful review before... but this is FIVE STAR LUXURY.. I don't expect it to be cheap.. I expect it to exceed my expectations... and it does... every single time. Capo La Gala has a special place in my heart and I dare anyone not to fall in love with this wonderful hotel we have been so lucky to find. Grazie Mille e Arrivederci!
