I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa and I must say, it was a truly splendid experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcomed. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the executive housekeeper, Mr. Gagandeep Chugh. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait. Thank you to Mr. Chugh and the entire staff for making my stay truly unforgettable.

Every thing was nice except the door access was not working for many rooms that we reserved. Breakfast was amazing.

Booked a suite for 4 but I got a room with 2 beds only. It took me 2 hours to keep calling different staff members to convince them to bring extra beds for my kids. It was bad experience especially in front of my kids. It 5 stars hotel and I was expecting to arrive and the room ready.

Amazing staff who go above and beyond beyond to assist and make your stay more comfortable. The lovely towel art done by the wonderful housekeeper Rajesh makes my day and I keep the lovely messages he writes safe in my book. I love the personalised pillow they gifted me Looking forward to my next stay in Jumeirah

Beautiful hotel excellent food and comfortable stay. Great facilities, pool, beach side cafe, spa, cafes and had everything we needed. Staff were attentive and polite and went above and beyond. Special mention to Tanbir who cleaned our room, provided us with extra toilet roll we needed , thank you for being so polite Tanbir.

A very nice elegant and comfortable property. The staff is attentive, personable and aims to please. The Housekeeping is timely, immaculate and they go the extra mile. Really appreciated the lavender sachets tied to the clothes hangers in the closet. As you hang your clothes the lavender fragrance infuse the clothes. Such a fine touch appreciated by the ladies. My charging cords were all tangled up and they organized them with a Velcro. The Director of Housekeeping has done an excellent job. Thank you to Mr. Chug. The food varieties and quality during breakfast and dinner buffet were more than satisfactory. The service was awesome and the chefs are really talented. Here is something that really struck me … while relaxing at the beach, they provide complimentary cool drinking water besides the chairs and towels. Much appreciated. Lovely hotel catering to comfort and pleasure. They also have a huge pool are for kids. Yup, give this property a try….you will enjoy every minute.

The experience was amazing from the check-in process which was fast and smooth with a very welcoming staff, to the very comfort and clean room along with it's beach view, to the room dining menu and friendly kitchen staff which recommended the fettuccine alla marinara and I still thank them for that recommendation. I highly recommend paying a visit to Jumeirah whenever you are going to Kuwait.

It won’t be the last time to book in this beautiful hotel. Everything was perfect from checking in until checking out Mr.Gagan was helpful and made sure my stay to be so perfect and thanks to all the stuff too with the fast service and helped me with all my needs.

It a beautiful hotel in kuwait i really enjoyed my stay with jumeirah the hotel staff behaviour is very good always smilly face and ready to assist me any time the hotel view was very beautiful i liked it i really want to say thank to Rahul mishra and kari he cleaned my . Everything was perfect and the staff was very helpful ♥️ Laurine in the reception and Jillian for house keeping and Pelden in Talise spa they’re very helpful and kind they greets me with a smile i enjoyed every moment there, thank you very much♥️

Excellent service and food. The hotel rooms are fantastic with lots of amenities and the staff are friendly and supportive. Had a blast of a time with cozy atmosphere. I recommend guest at Kuwait to see this location and enjoy the vibe. And nice view of the beach. Thanks to Tara and Nikhil for their excellent service.
