Un agréable accueil le personnel est à votre écoute un ascenseur pour rejoindre votre chambre c’est très pratique les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais très bien organisées une grande propreté c’est aussi très important l’hôtel est calme un parking la situación del hotel es buena para el paseo piedestra orilla de mar o ciudadenmar o el tren

Beautiful spot in almost the middle of nowhere. Close to the sea with a stunning view and loaaads of potential but ooooh...I never felt so unwelcome in a hotel before! I was on a roadtrip with my 20 yrs old daughter in Normandy. No plans just going where the wind blows. So we called hotel Le site in the morning to make a reservation for the night. A very kind woman picked up the phone: ”all good and when you arrive a little more early (I asked for) and the room is ready, no problem”. So we arrived around 14.30 (not an uncommon time to arrive, is it?) in a totally abandoned place. The reception was closed. No people around, only a French couple with the same problem. When we took a look around also the plungepool seemed to be end of season (it was a warm day though). I picked some working men from the garden but even they had no clue. After 15 minutes of waiting I decided to call the hotel. And ”yeah” a woman picked up. I am not a princes, not high maintenance, very flexible and used to something but this woman was rude+! I speak French. Good enough to have a conversation. But when the French start to speak too fast in their very French way I can't follow. She bitched in fast French that the rooms were not ready yet and the reception will be open from 17.00. She spoke no English. Not a word. Uh? So what to do now? Nobody told me that I couldn't even store my luggage. I told her I wanted to cancel the reservation so I could go to a more welcoming place. Not a chance of course, I just had to wait and she hung up on me. A man arrived and I asked him. He walked to a back door and to my very surprise a woman opened. Ha! Lucky me! I kindly asked her in French about the reception, for the rooms etc. but her attitude was so unpleasant that it became hilarious (I guess it was the lady I spoke with on the phone). Enough is enough so after some Ooh lala and tralala and some #$!%# on my part the room appeared to be ready and I got the key. We left our luggage and escaped to the next village Mers-Les-Bains. Pffff... Next morning, no way we wanted to have breakfast there, a very kind young man stood behind the reception. Totally sweet and helpful. So maybe, the day before, we just met the angry stepmother on a bad hair day? Actually, the rooms are ok. Clean and comfy. Our bathroom was a ballroom. The hotel has a restaurant but it was closed the day we arrived. The environment is beautiful for walks and there is a cute little beach only a stone's throw away.

Très bon hôtel. L'accueil est simple mais agréable. Sa situation permet d'être au calme malgré qu'il soit en bordure de route. Les chambres sont situées sur l'arrière donc aucun bruit. Le parking est accessible même la nuit. Par contre à partir de 20h il faut taper le code pour rentrer dans l'hôtel. En 5 minutes en voiture on peut rejoindre le centre ville de Eu et en moins de 10 minutes on est sur la côte. Nous avons préféré cet hôtel aux hôtels de chaînes dont les tarifs sont à peu près les mêmes car nous avions vu sur le site que la chambre était très grande et que les services étaient de meilleure qualité. La réservation directement sur le site de l'hôtel est un plus au niveau du tarif. Seul petit bémol la wifi ne fonctionne vraiment pas bien. Et si vous êtes sur SFR la 4G ne fonctionne pas bien non plus.. si vous êtes sur Orange ça va un peu mieux. Nous avions pris une chambre supérieure au rez-de-chaussée. Belle déco. Salle de bain petite mais ça va.. grande douche à l'italienne. Toilettes séparées. Le petit-déjeuner continental est très bien en libre-service.. pour les personnes qui aiment manger salé il y a du fromage et du jambon.. nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant. Il ne fonctionne pas le vendredi ni le dimanche. Mais les tarifs sont à environ 30 € pour une entrée et un plat. Bref... Nous conseillons cet hôtel qui est plus confortable et pas plus cher que les hôtels de chaîne genre Ibis Style.
