非常不錯的酒店，在勐臘有這樣的酒店，真的很驚喜。房間很大，設施也比較齊備，去望天樹景區很近，服務也不錯，必須推薦。

入住時大堂有股奇怪的油煙味。房間的沙發有明顯的大塊臟污 衞生間水龍頭有明顯的水印 甚至馬桶旁邊還有垃圾。服務幾乎沒有 機器人送外賣也不知道是不是選着送 第一天給送了 第二天買的葯 到了等了半個小時 自己下去拿的 外賣就放在前台 前台工作人員頭都沒抬一下。小朋友入住沒有小孩拖鞋 沒看到任何小童設施。庭院活動巨吵 晚上10點半還在大聲喧嘩 打電話給前台 居然反問我他們還沒結束麼。早飯馬馬虎虎 沒什麼出彩的 飲料倒總是空的 補的不及時，但是餐廳晚餐味道還不錯。電視遙控器沒電了 送電池半小時。服務 衞生 優惠 居然一樣都不佔 太神奇了。

在勐臘算是五星標準的酒店，門口服務員很熱情，看到我們行李多都幫忙送進房間。酒店設施齊全，衹是健身房不用是不開的，跟前台説就會幫你打開。早餐也算豐富。這邊離望天樹景區不遠，我們後面沒去，去了磨憨口岸，可惜沒帶護照不讓過去看界碑。

是為了去納卡村比較近選擇的酒店。
到酒店比較晚了，所以沒怎麼逛了，但是環境不錯，酒店中餐也還可以。房間環境也不錯，就是老公覺得床沒有很舒服，我感覺還行。
本來是訂了兩晚，因為行程有變，為了趕飛機時間充裕一些，想第二天趕回市區，可是酒店一定要收取50%的費用…

這是勐臘最新最好的酒店了，房間很寬敞很乾凈，窗外景色也很優美，客房和前台態度都很好，尤其是非常感謝值班經理Emma Wan萬經理，第一天到酒店，就看到她帶孩子們在做手工，後來有一些小插曲也是萬經理幫忙解決妥當，非常感謝！勐臘是一個很悠閑的小鎮，適合帶家裡人來過冬！

一是交通便利
先説位置，酒店位於勐臘縣城中心，距離中老邊境的磨憨-磨丁經濟合作區僅30公里，堪稱“國境網上的奢華之選”。更絕的是，周邊景點——望天樹景區（18公里）、勐遠仙境（50公里）、熱帶植物園等全在車程1小時內，簡直是雨林探險的大本營！ 而且2021年底泛亞鐵路通車後，昆明到勐臘僅需3個多小時，動車站離酒店才3公里，拖家帶口也完全無壓力。
二是服務細節拉滿，但個別問題需注意。
作為五星級酒店，服務整體在線！前台白小姐熱心服務，響應速度超快。餐廳的各個工作人員也是態度熱情。
不過，也可能因為春節原因，部分被品、小童用品已經用光了。
三是設施與環境：雨林中的“小東南亞”**
酒店設計以孔雀翎為靈感，融合傣族文化，園林式佈局讓人瞬間穿越東南亞！156間客房全帶雨林或花園景觀，房間寬敞到能跳舞。設施方面，豪華KTV、雨林SPA、健身中心一應俱全，尤其推薦户外露台，清晨看雲霧繚繞，夜晚聽蟲鳴蛙叫，治癒感拉滿。

酒店設施新，房間乾淨整潔、空間很大，馬桶、淋雨獨立分開，洗漱空間大不侷促。在勐臘這樣的縣城，這家酒店絕對是天花板級別了。早晨豐富，米線尤其好吃，中餐廳的菜品味道不錯，在縣城裡絕對算是精緻了，就是春節期間上菜速度慢，也可以理解。縣城不大，酒店出發3公里就可以看到成片的火龍果園，農户特別實惠，2個大火龍果才5元，成熟度很高非常甜！去望天樹景區也不遠。

酒店非常不錯，五星設施，床品非常舒服房間也大，早餐米飯非常好吃，酒店服務人員很有禮貌，特別是前台張經理為我解決了很多問題，非常貼心，參加了酒店的篝火晚會和BBQ做的真的很棒，下次一定會再來[強]

酒店比較大氣，床品也舒服，前台小曹給孩子送了早餐，早餐也比較豐富，酒店晚上的中餐也很好吃。就是馬桶那個按鈕一一下子就拉低了酒店檔次。可以改進一下。還有過道可以放點礦泉水，客人需要可以自己拿。
