Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. All very friendly and professional, hotel is beautiful all around. Really enjoyed our holidays. Many activities, god food, good for families with kids. Apsolutely loved our stay. Special thanks to bar/restaurant staff and lady who cleaned our room (306)

If you are looking to book a holiday in Turkey, look no further than Paloma Pasha in Ozdere. Kadir Arslan & Sou Sou Selvi at Guest Relations are wonderful people & will help you in any way they can to make your stay perfect Food is varied in the main restaurant, plentiful and delicious. Also, 4 other A la Carte restaurants, which you can book. All staff are friendly & obliging. Our waiter, every year, is Fatih. Always happy to see us as we are him. The grounds and swimming pool are kept clean and tidy at all times. Lovely private beach. There is also a "Silent Pier ", if you just want to get away with your book. It does have a well stocked bar . My husband and I return every year, and we are treated as family & friends with everyone. We have already booked for 2024 and will continue to return for as long as we can I have written a post on Paloma Pasha Resort page, which has more detailed information and pictures.

Best time ever! The staff are incredible, the entertainment during the day and in the evening is amazing. The views are beautiful and the food & drink is gorgeous. Lots of activites to do throughout the hotel so you’ll never be bored. Lots of places to visit for food/drink or to shop in the town. We met Tuhran working behind the bar during our first stay and he was amazing during both our visits. Wish I’d stayed longer, will definitely be visiting again for a third time!!

Amazing staff and very friendly and great food and always smiling and kind and good vibes very welcoming always very good helping people, very attentive one of the best hotels I have stayed in yet. I will definitely return. Thanks to all the Paloma pasha team

Great hotel one of the best all inclusive hotels I have been to. Great food, pool and entertainment. Animation team were great and good shows. Very engaging.

Just back from our first stay at Paloma Pasha and we can only write positive things. Delighted and so lucky to have found this hotel. From the overall design, enormous and very clean pool, private beach area (which was cleaned daily), wonderful pier bar and sunbathing area, great spa with huge indoor pool and just enough entertainment we can not fault it. Most of all however I would like to note the staff and food. Every single member of staff could not do any more for us, the effort to ensure a high level of hospitality was fabulous. I can't name everybody but the Guest Services team were extremely helpful (and we had alot of questions about getting out and about), Memnune was lovely at the pier bar, Turhan obviously loves his job making cocktails for guests on the terrace and chatting away, even making us bespoke cocktails according to our personal taste and there were lots more stars in the mix. We have stayed in many all inclusive hotels and are always rather bored with the food by the end of the week but not here. The choices were vast and changed each day, there must be an entire team of patisserie creaters who make delicious morsels all of which are impossible not to try and the a la carte restaurants were excellent. Particularly Wabi Sabi, do not stay at this hotel with booking this, just incredible! Of all the places we have travelled over the years we honestly felt this hotel and the experience is offers is exceptional value for money. We never return to the same place but I have a strong feeling we will be going back here! We were also very lucky with the weather for April. We had a quick trip to Ephesus as it's only a couple of local bus rides away and guest services gave us all the info required to get there and back easily. Thank you to everybody at Paloma Pasha, what a team, keep doing what you are doing and hope we get to visit again soon.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is really friendly. And the animation team is really nice and they have really fun games! Dilaver from the animation team is really nice! The food is good, and there is a lot of variation. The only thing is that the pool is not heated and the water is pretty cold.

This is my first time coming here. When we entered the hotel, it was fantastic. There was refreshing air conditioning, and the architecture screamed 5 stars. The staff were v/ kind as we got our rooms (which only took 10 mins!). The rooms were excellent, clean and cool. AC worked great, and everything was fine. Wi-Fi was good too. The main area of the hotel, the pool area was excellent too. Lots of little things and activities to keep kids entertained (incl. waterslides!). Again, staff very kind, and there were lots of snack bars. The beach & pier was stunningly beautiful. There were restaurants and snack places dotted around the interior of the hotel. There is a game area too, with Halo, and FIFA for the PS4 and Xbox. The food was pretty good as wel, but if there is one thing I had to say that is negative l, it is that there was less variety then I expected, however, the quality and taste was fantastic. Really good. Only issue? There was not much to do outside of the hotel, and the actual was nothing special. But that’s fine.
