Valoraciones de Holiday Inn Express & Suites Memphis Southwind

If this was the first Holiday Inn, I had stayed in, I would not have booked another time. Our bathroom was not clean, the room was stocked only with decaf coffee and when I called the front desk, they said they didn’t have any that I’d have to wait until the maids came in. When we went down for breakfast, they were out of most everything. They had a waffle maker, but no waffle batter, oatmeal toppings but no oatmeal and the juice machine was broken. When I asked the girl at the front desk if they had it, her answer was just “nope.”

Staff really friendly, room very clean, easy checking and checkout , I loved!!!

I had a great stay! Thank you so much for the cleanliness & friendly staff!
