"The hotel appears decent and clean at first glance. The restaurant offers very nice and delicious food in the evening. However, the room cleanliness and reception service fall short of expectations. We discovered an old toothpick in a glass on the sink, rotten blueberries in the fridge of one room, and a sticky substance in another. At the reception, an excessive use of air freshener was noticeable. When we opened the window to let in some fresh air due to the unpleasant atmosphere, the receptionist requested us to leave the hotel. Surprisingly, no apologies were offered, as if such issues were routine. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a stay, though I still hope our experience was an unfortunate exception."

"We recently stayed here for a leisure trip, and it was a great experience overall. The check-in process was fast and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The room provided to us was a corner room, which I love! It was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a great night’s sleep. The room also offered a lovely city view of Maximilianstraße, adding to the charm of my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short distance from the train station and the airport bus stop, making it very convenient for travelers. There are also plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The Wi-Fi and heating worked well. The only downside during our stay was that the elevator was out of service, so we had to use the stairs, which was a bit inconvenient with us carrying our luggages. Despite this minor issue, I had a wonderful experience overall. The cozy lobby and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. For the price, it was absolutely worth it, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
