Nos quedamos en el hotel por una noche. Todo estaba bien sólo quería mencionar sobre la cabeza de la ducha que tiene sólo un establecimiento, el agua viene muy fuerte. Situación de descanso maravillosa muy cerca de la estación de cruce meridional. Volverá. Gracias.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and extremely efficient in all my needs and inquiries. The housekeeping always makes my room new and clean. Location is at the city center which is convenient to all your needs and places to visit.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a quick trip to Melbourne. Very comfortable bed and plenty of room in the walk in wardrobe for your luggage and clothes. Little tight getting around the bed however nothing major. Plenty of room in the living kitchen area. Close to Woolies and walking distance to city and South Melbourne. Would stay here again

Estado aquí el 3 y 4 de junio.. Nuevo hotel, así como se esperaba, limpio y bien mantenido.. La habitación era muy pequeña, pero la cama era muy cómoda ( 2 reyes solteros empujaron juntos), el baño era un buen tamaño con ducha grande, que tenía una mano con cabeza, así como la cabeza lluvia.No hay guardarropa,pero tenía un ferrocarril que tenía alrededor de 6 colchones de ropa.. Connie, que estaba en la mesa delantera, fue increíble, muy útil y nada fue para mucho problema.Muy fácil y sin soldadura check-in.. Situación del hotel fue grande, una piedra tirada al Mercado Vic , y restaurantes. Nos encontraremos en el futuro, y recomendaremos este hotel ... 2 pulgadas arriba ...👍👍

Soy interstate para negocios de forma regular y he permanecido en muchos lugares de alojamiento bien clasificados, sin embargo, me esforzaré por encontrar algo que criticar en este hotel. El personal es increíble - nada es demasiado problema, hacen todas las pequeñas cosas, sobre y sobre lo que esperaba hacer que te sientas como un huésped especial. El hotel tiene una gran calidad y limpieza. El hotel está situado en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los lugares de interés de la ciudad. Sólo una sugerencia - sería genial tener paradas de puerta magnéticas instaladas, así que la puerta permanecerá abierta mientras pasa con la silla de ruedas o bolsas.

It was a good experience, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel is pretty new, located in Dockland ( last stop of the free tram zone), only take 20 minutes to city by free tram, great saving of transportation. We got 2 Queen bed room for 3 peoples, free water, free coffee. Also had swimming pool and gym located in level 6 Highly recommend place for people who want to travel around Melbourne cbd

My wife and I operate a small coach tour company, and have done so for the last 28 years. We offer residents of Sydney, the Central Coast, the Southern Highlands, Canberra and Queanbeyan, the opportunity to travel on a variety of tours, ranging from four days to ten days in length, to different areas in Eastern Australia. Last week, a group of our passengers from these areas travelled on a seven-day tour to Victoria. During the tour, our passengers stayed for four nights at the Novotel Melbourne Preston. We certainly have no complaints or regrets about using this Hotel for our group’s stay! When I first contacted the Hotel in September 2023, about the possibility of using it for my tour group’s accommodation for this tour, my enquiry was treated with genuine enthusiasm. I was put through to the Sales Manager, Ms Michele Kerrigan. Michele was amazing to deal with. After a steady stream of telephone conversations and emails during the next few days, the accommodation was booked, and the menus for all the dinners during this stay were locked in. At some hotels we’ve used over the years, this process can take weeks, and it can be quite a frustrating experience. At this Hotel, it was the exact opposite. So, a huge ‘thank you’ to Michele, for making this all so easy for us as tour organisers! After all the arrangements we finalised, and the booking was locked in, Michele passed on our booking to the Sales Coordinator, Annalise Dimase. Once again, Annalise was an absolute delight to work with! Between the finalisation of the booking, and the date of the group’s arrival, we spoke many, many times on the phone, and exchanged many, many emails. In all my dealings with Annalise, she was professional, personable, helpful, patient, and attentive. On a few occasions, when Annalise was unavailable, I was transferred to Nada, another member of the Sales Team. Again, Nada was wonderful to work with. When our tour group arrived at the hotel, Michele, Nada, and Annalise were all there to greet the passengers. They were very impressed by the warm and friendly welcome offered to them by this team! Once inside the Hotel, this level of service was experienced in all sections. The reception staff, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff, the chef and kitchen staff were all friendly, welcoming, obliging, and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel to any tour groups requiring accommodation in Melbourne. Judging by our experience, it would be difficult to surpass the level of attentiveness and friendliness offered by the management team and staff, the quality of service, the degree of comfort, and the attention to detail our group received during their stay. I always stay in this hotel whenever I am in Melbourne. Reason is because public transport is convenient and there are lots of restaurants around. The hotel is just a 2 minutes walk to Boxhill Central.
