Si reservas desayuno y no lo utilizas, no te lo cambian por otro día aún teniendo una estancia allí de más de 5 días.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, cerca de los puntos de encuentro para la Great Ocean Road y Phillip Island. Además, está en el centro de la ciudad y al lado de un gran supermercado Woolworths, donde puedes comprar filetes para cocinar tú mismo. Sin embargo, el Wi-Fi a veces es un poco malo.

Muy buen trato del personal. Llegamos muy temprano y nos ofrecieron una sala para descansar un poco.

Puedes ir andando a casi todos los lugares importantes. Sino autobús y tram muy cerca  Las instalaciones gimnasio piscina y lavandería muy bien

La limpieza fue excelente. El único inconveniente es que la habitación es un poco pequeña. La cocina no está bien equipada. El menaje de cocina no era suficiente. El personal fue agradable y servicial. Bravo.

Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, justo al lado del mercado Queen Victoria, lo cual es muy conveniente para el viajero. El apartamento está un poco viejo pero limpio.

Located at the Melbourne CBD area, walkable distance (around 800m) to Melbourne Central station / China Town. It is also very close to Queen Victoria Market. Good place to stay if you want to explore the city.

We had a pleasant stay at Pegasus Hotel. The hotel has good facilities and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated that the room was well equipped with enough utensils and kitchen facilities to prepare our own breakfast. It was very convenient and made our stay feel more like home. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we were happy with our experience!

Good location, 5 mins walk to queen victoria market, a supermarket nearby. the hot spa and warm swimming pool is a credit.

Here’s a clear, firm, and professional English review based on your experience: --- Review Title: Disappointing hygiene and service – not worth the stay We arrived at the hotel and were told that only rooms on the 6th floor were available. When we asked for a higher floor, we were firmly told there were none. After checking in, we immediately noticed several hygiene issues: the toilet paper in the bathroom was visibly dirty (see photo attached), and the room had an unpleasant odor throughout. We went to the front desk to request a room change, but the staff member said they didn’t have the authority to approve it and could only offer a replacement roll of toilet paper. We were told the duty manager wouldn’t be available for another 30 minutes. After waiting, the manager eventually agreed to move us – to the 13th floor, which directly contradicted their earlier claim that no higher-floor rooms were available. Unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better. The bedding was substandard, the mattress was overly soft, and every time we turned over, we could hear loud spring noises. Soundproofing was also extremely poor – we could hear noise from neighboring rooms clearly throughout the night. Overall, the combination of poor hygiene, misleading information, and uncomfortable facilities made for a very unpleasant stay. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel.

We had a wonderful 9 day/8 night stays in the Apart Hotel. Rooms are clean and beds are soft and comfortable. Location is superb and accessible to all tourist locations whether by walking or taking trams and buses which are within reach from hotel. Many good establishments around and a Woolworths Supermarket opposite the hotel just a street down. Room services were carried daily and our rooms kept spick and span. Look no further and this is the best choice of hotel stay in Melbourne which was such a memorable one. Thumbs up!

The hotel is in good location, my room happens to face another building so there is no view. I booked on 27 July to 1 st August then continue to 1st to 8th August 2026. I told the receptionist on 31st July shall my current room is empty, we prefer not to move, even though we paid for higher room category on the 1st aug, because we donot to move back and forth with so many luggages which is wasting time and energy, but the hotel staff replied my room will be occupied as hotel is full on 1st aug. This morning 1st aug we packed up so many luggages and belongings as in the photo on the way to new room, the staff kindly asked us, notifying shall we are going back to our original queen bed apartment tomorrow It’s better we do not move. Thus, She looked up in her data and finally we could use the same room today. It was such unpleasant and tiring to pack up then unpack to go back forth to the same room in half day, how could these be happening? And we also lost our white towel that we hanged so hotel doesn’t have to laundry as per notes. It’s unfortunate the staff yesterday did not thoroughly help us.
