I stayed there on January 22nd and 23rd, but the lift was out of order and there was a lot of noise even at night and early morning due to major construction nearby. In addition, the window frame was partially damaged, allowing wind to enter. It is recommended to make a reservation after lift repair and construction is completed.

Great service and beautiful apartments. Life got spoilt and we were moved to a very flash apartment at no extra cost. People are very friendly, professional and accomodating. Superb location, as well. Will visit again.

위치는 참 좋다. 그런데, 창을 열수가 없다. 밖에 레스토랑의 환풍기가 있어 냄새가 나고, 소리가 나서 시끄럽다. 또한, 레스토랑에서 새벽녁까지도 와인병, 맥주병을 상하차 시키는 소리가 난다. 오래된 아파트라 방음이 안되서 잠을 설칠 수 있다. 다른것은 만족한다.

Great location, close to all the things to see in Melbourne, plenty of room in the 2 bed room apartment

Great location. Lovely friendly reception staff. Interior tired, out-dated and in need of updating. Single beds lumpy and uncomfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a huge room. Great views, 3 bathrooms, 2 massive bedrooms with ensuites and a huge kitchen. Close to restaurants, trams and shops. Would highly recommend!!!

Nice accommodation in great location,

The apartment wasn’t the one in the picture shown here. However, there was a warm welcome and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, close to shops, trams and bars - recommend The Crafty Squire for a nice beer. Minor negatives are that the apartment definitely needed updating and had some marks (looked like bleach spillage) on the carpets BUT we really enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

We think it was specious and easy to get to but very old. It definitely needs things dusted, painted and replaced.

Amazing location. But much older and run down than expected. Couches we so old and soft that I had to help me parents get in and out.

Very convenient, elegant and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the centre of everything. We were upgraded to a penthouse plus balcony, with partial view to the Yarra River. Staff were very helpful and anxious to please. Just remember to bring your slippers in winter because none were provided and staff aren’t there after 6pm. Great 2-night stay there and a fabulous place to meet up with friends from out of town. Thank you!

Great location. The furnishings were dated but clean and comfortable. The reception staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful.
