Valoraciones de The Savoy Hotel on Little Collins Melbourne

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. The service and amenities were satisfactory. However, the room was significantly smaller than advertised—closer to half the stated size—and the advertised bathtub was missing. I raised these issues with both the hotel and Trip.com and hope they will be resolved appropriately. Apart from this disappointing discrepancy, it was a great hotel overall.

Enjoyed the convenient locations, the peaceful room and the easy access to the public transport . Even though we stayed only 2 night, it was a very pleasant stay

The location is the Best, literally just across the southern cross station, only 2 metro stops to Melbourne Central station cost you $1 and 3 mins later you are already in the middle of the city where the Hussle hustle is, restaurant, china town, westfield

Convenient location as it just located beside train station. Good for business & tourist.

From Taiwan. Great location right across from Melbourne transportation hub, with access to all ground transportation services. And quick food and shopping options. Small bathroom with good shower water pressure, flow so it can be hot wonderful shower but since it is small and shower has no door so the water splash out easily. However, there is no water dispenser to fill with water, and to promote environmental protection, there are no disposable paper slippers. There are towels, bath towels, and a hair dryer, and the hair dryer has a large airflow.

Good location, but major issue with bedding cleanliness"Staying at The Savoy Hotel Melbourne has its perks—it is very close to the train station and the service is fine. The room appeared clean at first glance, but I was disgusted to find the pillows had a very bad odor. It strongly seemed like they forgot to change them after the last guest. I hope management addresses this hygiene oversight.

Great location – super convenient right next to Southern Cross Station and easy access to trams, which made getting around Melbourne really simple. The room was clean and comfortable, overall a pleasant stay. However, the bathroom amenities were quite limited and not provided in full for the number of guests, so we had to ask for addition

The staff were very courteous, friendly and super helpful. Super clean room, comfortable mattress/pillows, and bathroom were well stocked.

The location is just across Southern Cross Station but if you drive, parking will be a problem unless you don’t mind paying for expensive parking. The hotel seemed recently renovated but you could tell some parts were still old fashioned. The room was quite dark. The bed was really comfortable though. The shower head was strong.

The housekeeping and front office keep calling for checkout , jn the end we pay more time for checking out

clean and decent! it is close to Skybus terminal and southern cross station, good location ! staffs are nice and helpful! will come again

The location of the hotel is good. The buffet breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variety.

The Savoy Hotel was a jewel find after much searching for a convenient accommodation near the Southern Cross Station. It was just across the road! The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. We had to request for slippers as some amenities are provided on request. Dinner was delicious 😋
