It's clean. The window of the room offers a great view of the city! Next time I will still choose The Ritz-Carlton

The room had an amazing view, and the swimming pool was absolutely beautiful. I’d love to stay here again if I get the chance. The location is great too — there’s a supermarket and a mall right across the street, and public transportation is very convenient.

Housekeeping clearly does not check hygiene, as four or five sets of glasses delivered — even after we raised the issue — were still filthy. This shows how poor the daily standards must be. What made it worse was the manager’s attitude: smirking and saying, “It’s just a few dirty glasses, not big deal?” That dismissive behavior is shocking at any hotel, let alone the Ritz-Carlton. Their offer of a 50% discount for an off-season return stay within six months is meaningless. I have no interest or confidence in flying back to Melbourne just to “try again.” After several rounds of communication, they reduced the issue to a token amount of Marriott points, as if this was nothing serious. Extremely poor quality control and management attitude — this is not the Ritz-Carlton standard guests expect.

Stay at many RC’s and this is just as good any. Great for Melbourne as most hotels are very dated. Great views, good bathrooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are well sized. Housekeeping fantastic! All staff really friendly in general. Breakfast was good, not a huge amount of options but everything was high quality and fresh. Valet was great, always very friendly and quick, no matter how busy the hotel was. Would definitely stay again.

The whole experience is simply superb! Staffs are friendly and helpful who target to fulfil all of our requests as much as possible! Location is also good, near to trams, close to queen victoria market. Only pity is we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the facilities!!

Facilities (swimming pool, gym, sauna) opens 24hrs so it was really great.

This is Melbourne’s tallest hotel, the lobby is on the 80th floor and rooms offer spectacular views.

Very good service and wonderful facilities. The spa and sauna were particularly amazing but are located within the male and female change rooms. The pool is beautiful and the view from the lobby and restaurant wraps all around the top floor :)
