The service apartment is very spacious, new and clean. My apartment is about 500 sq ft, with an open kitchen with sufficient utensils, a big bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, and a spacious living room and working area. Wifi is stable. My apartment is located on the 15/F, and there is a nice view of the city. The building is located within the free tram zone, so it is very convenient to travel within the city central. Highly recommended for visitors.

Tidy and comfortable apartment, near tram 30 which easy to get to the Melbourne center. Good, will come back again.

房間很新，非常乾淨，床也很舒服。開放式廚房，灶具齊全，吃膩了外面的飯，可以煮個方便麪，餃子什麼的。 由於是公寓，不會每天打掃，也沒有拖鞋，梳子，牙刷，這些需要自己準備。前台下午6點就下班了，所以要注意到達的時間。 位置極佳，離機場skybus大巴的南十字星站，走路10分鐘。在電車免費區，大部分景點，坐電車不用花錢。 總之，是個非常好的度假住所。

公寓酒店位置很棒 就靠近flagstaff花園 下樓就是flagstaff火車站和幾個電車站 往前走1公里左右就是Coles 酒店環境也很好 各種設施都齊全

整體入住的感覺非常良好！房間空間大，廚房設備非常齊全。距離 southern Cross Station 步行只需5-10mins, 坐機場 Skybus 前往非常方便。附近亦有大型超市， 或者到 Queen Victoria Market 全部步行可到！

Love the spacious apartment. We appreciate being able to open the windows to let in some fresh air. Our West facing apartment has a great view (esp of the sunset), but it can get very warm in the arvo, even in late March. It did cool down well at night, but if it was the middle of summer the bedroom would get very very warm as there is no air conditioning in the bedroom.

We liked the easy walkable access from/to the station, Victoria market and CBD, clean and comfortable inferior, shared facilities like gym, dining on the level 9. The reception advices for late checkin and early check out were very helpful.

For a new hotel it was a little tired. This could be because the rooms are not serviced regularly (only done when the customer leaves). You can hear the next door neighbors if they talk loudly and when they leave and arrive home. Not much soundproofing. You could smell the garbage shoot constantly in the hallway if someone had opened the door. The "one bedroom family room" has no privacy for the extra person sleeping there as it is supposed to be the study. No door or curtain available. Not great for a teen or older child or third adult. Pictures did not reflect the situation properly otherwise I would have booked a two bedroom unit.

Accommodation was modern, clean, spacious and quiet. The views from the room were lovely and it was a real bonus being able to use the pool and spa. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Would have been nice if there were ceiling fans in bedrooms as airconditioning was in lounge room only. But all in all it was a great place, would book again

Sorry I didn’t get her name, but the woman at reception on the day we arrived, 18/03/24 was so nice and accommodating. She arranged an early check in for us and recommended a marvelous coffee/lunch spot, The Workers Food Room! The apartment is lovely and very clean. The views are great. The pool area is great.

I was very impressed with the two bedroom apartment and all the utensils and amenities made available to make it a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and spa was a bonus and enjoyable after a day of shopping and sightseeing. I will be definitely staying at the Aspire again in the future.

We had a one bedroom air conditioned apartment with a washing machine/dryer located in the bathroom, kitchen and lounge. There was a starter kit of tea/coffee, milk, sugar, dishwasher detergent, washing detergent and dish washing liquid. Our apartment was in a great location and was well appointed. The bedroom had a queen size bed. The bathroom had a shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand was and hand lotion. The kitchen was well equiped with utensils etc. We elected for no housecleaning however we were able to obtain fresh towels etc from reception. The staff were lovely and helpful. The only suggestion I would make would be an airconditioner in the bedroom as although there was one in the lounge it was still quite hot in the bedroom. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
