El hotel es un hotel muy acogedor. El hotel corresponde a la descripción y las fotos. Bella, limpia habitación y baño. Un cama grande y cómodo y la cocina ergonómica adicional solicitada también estaba allí. Para mi perro, había una cama de perro, una cuchara de agua, y un tratamiento de bienvenida. Y había incluso una etiqueta de puertas extra que había un perro en la habitación. Muy conveniente si quieres dejar al perro en la habitación por un corto tiempo. El desayuno buffet ofrece una amplia selección de huevos y bacon a cortes fríos, salmón y diversos quesos, salsa de frutas fresca y zumo de naranja fresco, para nombrar unos pocos, porque había mucho más. Me gustaría mencionar especialmente a los empleados de desayuno que, después de haberles dicho mi número de habitación, me presentaron una variedad de opciones de leche y yogur sin lactosa y de plantas - una preferencia que yo también podría elegir antes ¡En general, una estancia excepcional y muy recomendada!

____________________ LA SITUATION GÉOGRAPHIQUE ---------- Bien situé à quelques minutes à pied (600m) du centre de Meiringen où se trouve de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Au calme excentré des rues avec un chemin au bord du ruisseau Alpbach. Depuis Meiringen, de nombreuses attractions bien sûr comme Interlaken, la zone du Jungfrau ou encore les belles randonnées de la zone de Gadmen (pont du Trift, Tälli/Sätteli) ____________________ L'HOTEL ET L'ACCUEIL ---------- Grand hôtel au décor un peu terne, à rafraichir mais la présentation reste correcte. Bon accueil, checkin efficace, l'hôtel fait également restaurant et dispose de salles de réunion. Ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres. ____________________ LA CHAMBRE ---------- Chambres spacieuses qui semblent avoir été rénovées récemment avec par exemple du sol type parquet au lieu des anciennes moquettes. Bien équipé avec TV, penderie, table. Salle de bain avec grande douche, produits et serviettes fournies, VMC fonctionne très bien. Par contre il y a eu beaucoup de problèmes accumulés : sol sale avec nombreuses poussières/cheveux par terre, WC sale avec des traces d'urine sous la cuvette ! Ou encore oubli du tapis de douche. Très dommage car à part ça la literie est confortable et l'insonorisation correcte. Mais il faut absolument améliorer et contrôler le ménage car un oubli passe, mais un WC sale est inacceptable. ____________________ LA RESTAURATION ---------- Un service de petit déjeuner est proposé sous forme de buffet sucré/salé, très bien ! Nombreux pains, viennoiseries, salade de fruits frais, fromage, charcuterie, yaourt, boissons chaudes et froides etc. bref une très bonne variété. Il y a du coup un restaurant avec une carte assez restreinte avec des plats classiques, non testé. ____________________ RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX ET LES SERVICES ---------- Rapport qualité/prix moyen, le prix est plutôt attractif mais attention au ménage. A part ça l'hôtel est bien. Parking privé gratuit. Le wifi fonctionne bien. ____________________ EN RÉSUMÉ ---------- Hôtel-restaurant bien situé à quelques pas du centre de Meiringen et bon point de départ pour les attractions de la zone. Mais les chambres sont vraiment négligées en termes de ménage, c'est sale et on doit tout rebalayer histoire d'avoir qqch de convenable. C'est vraiment très peu acceptable et dommage car tout le reste est très bien, que ce soit l'accueil, l'environnement de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner ou encore l'accès/parking.

Pasamos 2 noches en este hermoso albergue de juventud. El marco es hermoso, con el lago de Brienz azul y montañas. Todo es limpio y acogedor, el desayuno es abundante, así como la comida que es muy buena. Sólo podíamos haber pasado de la carne en la noche que no era superior. Tiene un pequeño jardín con mesas y transacciones que da sobre el lago. Justo al lado,una mini playa donde bañarse. Seguro que se ha ido muy bien, recomiendo encarecidamente!
