El hotel ha llegado a los años y necesita renovación. Las instalaciones polacas no estaban llenas de agua cloro, sino de agua salada y las duchas en el exterior estaban cerradas («medida de ahorro»). También en el ámbito exterior es urgentemente necesario sanear y prestar más atención a la higiene. Tenemos una habitación superior para un viaje corto. No se puede esperar demasiado para los 4 estrellas indicados, porque no se han sustituido puestos rotos, la habitación es más bien una categoría de 3 estrellas. El desayuno era relativamente variado y también sabía bien. Se ofrecen aparcamientos gratuitos cerca.

He estado en este hotel en numerosas ocasiones durante los últimos 6 años y tengo que decir, no es más que sorprendente. En primer lugar, debo mencionar el nivel de servicio del personal, son absolutamente sorprendente y nada es demasiado difícil y todos van por encima y por encima. El director Natasha no puede hacer lo suficiente para usted, siempre es visible y ansiosa para satisfacer a sus huéspedes. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y me gustaría venir aquí durante muchos años más.

Wir sind spontan (aufgrund von schlechten Wettervorhersagen) auf diesen Campingplatz gefahren. Er ist wirklich riesig - muss man mögen. Ich war beim ersten Anfahren aufgrund der Menschenmassen nicht so begeistert, aber das hat sich dann glücklicherweise schnell gelegt. Der erste Stellplatz war ganz hinten im nicht ausgebauten Gebiet mit wenig Schatten, der zweite Stellplatz dann gleich vorn in der Nähe der Rezeption mit vielen Schattenbäumen. Insgesamt aber recht viel Platz zum Nachbarn. Und wem es nicht ausreicht, der kann ja einen größeren Premiumplatz buchen. Da es zwei Pools gibt, schlug das Kinderherz schnell höher. Ebenso der Spielplatz und die damit verbundenen anderen Kinder. Annehmlichkeiten sind auch die Restaurants, Bäckercontainer und ein Einkaufsladen. Der Strand- bzw. Wasserzugang könnte schöner sein. Ein paar mehr Stege zum Beispiel. Bei den hohen Campingpreisen sollten meines Erachtens kostenlose Liegen auf Wiesen, am Strand und Pool dabei sein. Als dreiköpfige Familie bezahlen wir für 10 Tage ca. 700€ und bringen unseren Schlafplatz und unsere Verpflegung mit. Am Ende kommt man schnell auf Kosten eines Hotelurlaubs. Das muss man sich schon gut überlegen. Da wir arbeitstechnisch auf Internet/WLAN angewiesen sind, müssen wir hier auf jeden Fall einen großen Punkt abziehen, denn dieses war äußerst grottig bis gar nicht vorhanden. Hier sollte man auf jeden Fall investieren Stichwort ”Mobile Work”. Ein weiterer sehr großer Punkt Abzug gilt der Tatsache, dass unsere Ausweisdokumente einbehalten wurden. Und auf Gegenfrage, warum keine Kopie angefertigt wird, damit wir unsere Ausweise wieder mitnehmen können, die dumme Antwort ”eine Kopie zu erstellen ist illegal”. Da habe ich erwidert, dass das Einbehalten illegal sei. Wir haben uns dann darauf verständigt, dass wir die Ausweise am nächsten Tag wieder abholen können. Naja nicht so wirklich zufriedenstellend, aber gut. Wenn wir in dieser Zeit eine Verkehrskontrolle oder Unfall hätten, könnten wir uns nicht ausweisen und müssten wohlmöglich noch Strafe zahlen. Finde dieses Vorgehen unmöglich. Zumal man heutzutage alles digitalisieren kann. Bis auf die beiden letzten Punkte ist es dennoch sehr schön.

Escogimos la habitación superior con vistas al mar. Las vistas son una gozada ya que puedes ver el mar junto con la isla de en frente. Las mejores vistas que hemos tenido en un hotel.. si a eso le sumas la luna llena que nos tocó junto con la temperatura...hizo la estancia muy especial. Habitación muy espaciosa . Cama muy cómoda. Buen cuarto de baño con ducha grande (no bañera). TV enorme. Servicio muy atento y agradable, tanto en recepción, como en el bar e incluso los de la limpieza. Incluso nos prepararon un muffin con vela sin pedírselo para el cumpleaños de mi mujer. Desayuno bastante bueno aunque con mucha gente. Lo peor del hotel es el parking, ya que aunque puedes aparcar muy cerca, la aglomeración de coches es bastante importante..de 3 noches nos costó aparcar la primera. No entiendo como no pueden tener un parking interior o algo para este nivel de hotel. La piscina interior estaba vacía.. entiendo que para evitar problemas de COVID. Está rodeado de playa (rocas en su mayoría junto con 1-2 playas de chinarros... muy común en Croacia). En general volvería a repetir sin dudar. De los mejores hoteles en los que he estado.

El hotel es agradable, amigable y limpio, pero permanece aquí para visitar con Elvir el barman y su maravillosa colección de brandies, gins y licores locales. “ Es cada vez más difícil. El mundo está cada vez más pequeño. Durante dos noches mi esposa y yo disfrutamos de la compañía de Elvir (y su impeccable inglés-trabajó en líneas de crucero basadas en los Estados Unidos durante muchos años) mientras nos sirvió el brandy de la toalla misletoe, Terran vino liqueur, El gin de pilotos de la Fuerza Aérea retirados, y muchos espíritus más maravillosos, todos se parecían con su amplio conocimiento de la península Istriana y las instalaciones que hacen estos elixirs exóticos. ¡Quédate en el Park Plaza Arena en Pula, acogemos con calma el bar de Elvir, y dígale que Hayes y R te han enviado y que quieres probar el hooch local!
