It’s very nice hotels, everything is perfect except toilet

Resption guy name fayaz is good person. Location is very far from masjid e nabavi . You don't get hotel Location at Google map even it doesn't shows at map location . No hotel nearby for food.

Good hotel. Location is good but due to construction work in Madina, it’s very far. Room is clean with all facilities. They are still using key system instead of cards. Hotel owner is a nice person. Got a chance to have some chit chat.

Never book this hotel because: The location is much far, at least 8 km from the haram Staff is not available when we arrive in night and it's all dark around No one comes to clean the room daily or even check No drinking water, no change of bed sheet, no towel I again repeat never book this hotel

Was very fare from al masjeed and haven’t any transfer service after we paid online the reception ask us to pay again

No good to stay with family. Far away as well and expensive.

المكان نظيف جدا ، صاحب المكان و الاستاذ المصري الذي يعمل به محترمين جداااا و خدومين جدا. كل شئ ممتاز . ارجو ان يكون لظيكمهطه مستقبليه في توفير حافلات صغيرة لتوصيل المعتمرين و الحجاج للحرم النبوي حتى لو بتكلفه

Actually the location of hotel is good but due to work on the main road it was hard to reach there. The room was very big and comfortable. They were working on building to renovated and I think after finishing it would be better. The stuff are very kind and helpful. They help us as much as they can and I'm so grateful for that. I recommend to stay there but only after finishing construction on the main road . Otherwise it was hard to reach Al Haram. The rest are perfect.

This was a hotel rolm that one could stay for a night. It seemed a monthly and yearly leasing facility. Seeong thst, I tied to cancel within 30 minute of the booking, but it said it was a no refund cancelation. I was stranded and had to struggke to find some place to stay rhe night. I very terrible experience that do not any one to go through. I am very disappointed and was left stranded in a copletely stranger place.

Excellent customer service by Mr Fayyaz. Quiet place. 45mins walk to The Haram. Would be very good if towels were provided. Good value for money.

It's okay, but they need to be more Customers oriented, friendly,visit rooms regularly and a Check the facilities etc. Room carpet is dirty/burnt,need to change etc. Overall it's ok for cheaper price .

No services as described on the site: no internet, no functional TV, no hot water and you can not take your shower. NOT recommended. They don't even have a reception !!
