El hotel era hermoso, desde la entrada al lobby a la habitación. Está a 14 minutos a pie del hotel a Masjid e Nabwi. El servicio era excelente. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. Si lo encuentras a tomar su hospitalidad, lo amarás.

My parents stayed here as part of their Umrah Trip it was selected by our travel agency and it was the BEST choice. Super friendly and helpful staff they changed their room to have the view of the Harem. Amazing view. Clean tidy room. Masjid Nabawi literally opposite walking distance and great food/ shops nearby overall excellent choice

Muy cerca de la puerta no 07 de la Mosque del Profeta. Las tiendas también están allí cerca, pero no hay opciones de comida deshi. Vivimos 2 noches en este hotel. Ventajas: proximidad con la gran mosqueta, hay que caminar por diez minutos. Hay un estacionamiento gratuito. Las habitaciones son correctas. we went there during Ramadan and i know people will say the spiritual experience is more important but this is something i know i have to highlight as a warning to other pilgrims we were a party of 15 adults and kids arrived late at night we had booked 3 rooms when the receptionist and the porter said we could view the rooms first never done this in my life we went to see our room it was horrible so the porter offered us a different room not a upgrade as they are roughly all the same came down to reception the price had now gone up by over £150 to what we had booked on Booking .com which my wife queried so after a lot of arguing and another change of room we got the booked price the hotel is not nice needs a major refurbishment bathrooms have showers literally next to the toilet not a pleasant experience so watch out for price increases to what you book on plus untidy look

AAbrar2483One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Nabawi! The staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived, Hassan from concierge assisted me with my bags and the staff at the reception were very friendly and they not only allowed me to check-in early but also upgraded my room with a partial Haram View! All the staff spoke English perfectly. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and the amenities provided in the room are perfect from bathrobes to multiple kits! The room was relatively clean however I’ve notice multiple finger prints on the refrigerator door as well as the bathroom door which shows those 2 areas weren’t wiped after the previous guests had left. The shower was perfect with nice hot water and the bathroom was spacious enough.
The hotel has 2 towers and we didn’t know which tower to go to so we ended up going to tower 1 were the receptionist informed us that our booking is in tower 2. I had an elderly guest with me and moving towers like this was very inconvenient. The hotel should inform the guests about the tower number and parking instructions before arriving at the hotel.
The hotel is very close to the Haram with just 6-7 minutes walk to both the men’s and the women’s entrance (door 11 and 12). Upon returning to the hotel, the staff were promptly situated outside the elevator doors assisting guests with the elevators.
About the breakfast. It was fantastic! The options available were great and included selections of
cold appetizers, bakery items, main courses including french toast and pancakes. The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and they never said no, especially Riaz he served us coffee and hot chocolate. The items were being refilled quickly. The 2 ladies welcomed us for breakfast with a huge smile.
Suggestions to improve breakfast:
1) there was no live cooking counter for omelette. The omlette was being cooked in the kitchen and was being stocked in the hot plate. It would be great if the hotel could consider introducing live counter for omelette as it really would help us guests to make the perfect omelette for ourselves and eating it warm and fresh. Other hotels do have a live counter.
2) Though all the breakfast items were great, the French toast wasn’t good at all! It didn’t taste like a French toast. The sambosas were undercooked and very chewy so wasn’t able to eat them. Improvements on this will make the breakfast experience perfect!
One more thing to add is that the staff not once said “No”. They always accommodated our requests whatsoever. I asked the reception for a plastic chair for my elderly mother to sit and take a shower, thought they didn’t have it, they offered us to switch to an accessible room with no additional costs!
The hotel is not very busy and crowded as I didn’t see any groups here. I hope the hotel can maintain this very same standard or else it’ll be very easy to be like the other hotels who don’t care about guests.
All in all, I’ll definitely choose Al Manakha Rotana again on my next trip to Madinah and wishing this hotel success!

También un corto paseo al mercado de alimentos.
Amigo personal y espaciosa habitación limpia - buenas condiciones de baño y ducha (no hay horrible trabajo de cuevas) - cómoda cama de sofá - limpia instalaciones de fabricación de té/cafetería.
El camino a la habitación huele bien con un tipo de atomizador y los ascensores son rápidos, en ambos lados de la pista.
El recepcionista me dio una actualización de la habitación habitual que había reservado.
En general, fue una experiencia agradable y pacífica.

MMysteryMasterCalidad y precio no se encuentran: 175 euros 2 noches, sin desayuno. Tintas en la pared, ducha de 60 cm × 80 cm mientras el agua se desliza en el baño. Towelrod junto al baño es imho higiénico. Tenía una habitación en la calle, ruidoso debido al tráfico. En la parte superior de ella los huéspedes peregrinos gritaban en el pasillo hasta 23.00. Tuvo que pedir a un agente de viajes 25 m del hotel para imprimir mi pasaporte. El inglés en la recepción es básicamente lamentable. El tipo es amigable, pero ya que hay un idioma
