Thank you for the hospitality. I appreciate it a lot. Kama Hotel is located on a very good street. A delicious restaurant across the street. A few attractions walking distance as well. The staff, very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very delicious. Local food and very authentic. I did get a room with no window, but that’s not a problem, it was comfortable and equipped with everything needed. Just be sure to fix the WiFi as well. Did have trouble connecting to it. Overall, a wonderful stay and I appreciate it. Thank you. Highly recommended!

Room is clean but not fitted with night light lamp . Mattress is a bit too soft but pillow is too hard . Maybe that made me cannot sleep nicely . The sound proof is not that good and next day TV sound can be heard if the room have internal door access to other room type . Elevator service seems to be a bit slow .

La habitación está limpia. El minibar no está frío (queremos poner comida, pero luego se descubrió que la superficie era aquella). La plancha de cama no puede ser tan limpia porque mis piernas se pusieron tan picantes después de dormir por una noche. Muchos lugares son un poco polvo y por su precio la estancia no fue tan valiosa en comparación con las 3 estrellas estándar. El desayuno estaba bien, al menos es comestible (no mucho opción de todos modos). El receptor está bien ... muy plano. No rudo, pero sin expresión. La habitación es muy buena, pero no es fácil de usar. En el caso de los productos con etiqueta de precios, se puede cargar y no se puede notar su generosidad. Bueno, al menos la vista general de este hotel no es mala.

Last night was pleasant trying out packed Medan foods and drinks bought at nearby POS Bloc and tibits from Deli Mall TranMart. The fridge was handy when keeping my Es Kestari (lemon lime) drink chilled. The Ayam Penyat Nasi came with nicely done plating and delicious fried Nasi and crackers. Early morning was a chore to train station with an early transit flight to catch back to SG.

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Lokasi strategis di pusat kota. Cukup bersih, nyaman. Anak-anak juga tidur nyenyak. Sarapan pagi juga lumayan enak. Sudah beberapa kali nginap di hotel ini. Very recommended.

Revisa algunos puntos de otros viajeros. Elige este hotel para visitar la ciudad medan. La habitación es olorosa y hk no cambia las hojas de cama ni el caso de la pija. No sustituir las instalaciones de baño. no rodar tejidos hasta que necesite salir de su habitación de HK. La presión del agua era demasiado lenta. El entrenador fue tan eficiente para limpiar la mesa incluso si no acabaste tu comida aún 🥴... Uno de los empleados debería ser reconocido sinceramente porque dejé mi bolsa en los restaurantes y ella me mantuvo mi bolsa. Gracias! .. Concierge necesita cambiar a los jóvenes. No mire a todos los huéspedes extraños.

Staff there no has Greetings and hospitality attitude except security, security so nice, room good and clean but so noise, maybe due position hotel at center city. hot water turn off, and Water so Little one day before i am check out. As a traveler from outside other city (i am from bali and here for Christmas) rent motorcycle as our transportation so best and cheapest, the parking area no safety. Because our rent motorcycle is moving from last night, and our helmet lost, with out that we are so struggle to moved the other place, like you know without helmet police will stop me. I am report this situation to staff parking, But there no apologies or other say sorry for this situation from the staff in charge or management, they just say ” Helm anda hilang bukan tanggung jawab kami ( your helmet lost is not our responsibility )”. We are stay 3 nights like strangers with out staff greetings or hospitality and the last night we are lost our helm and there are no solution and one more there no extra tissue ( face or toilet tissue ), coffee and tea sugar, mineral water ( amenities ) from the first day and when make up room they not changed it, we must say to reception just for this, as a hospitality industry we know room and service is the base product. I know this is new hotels, but without service guests don't want to come back again. Thank you And best regards.

Muy cerca y conveniente para el aeropuerto. En lugar de esperar el servicio de transporte gratuito, descargamos la aplicación Grab para una recogida y un viaje rápidos. El personal del hotel fue muy útil a través de WhatsApp antes de nuestra estadía y apreciamos sus excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés mientras estuvimos allí. El desayuno fue divertido e impresionante en un hermoso comedor grande con muchas opciones de comida fresca y música de jazz para el ambiente. La habitación estaba muy limpia y espaciosa. Pedimos una cama extra para que tres adultos pudieran qued**** en nuestra habitación y de hecho la instalaron con dos camas extra. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo al entrar o salir de Medan. Hay un cajero automático en el vestíbulo, muy útil dada la dificultad de encontrar casas de cambio. Tenga en cuenta que el nombre del hotel ha cambiado: ahora es D'Prima Hotel Kualanamu, no Prime Plaza.
