Staff there no has Greetings and hospitality attitude except security, security so nice, room good and clean but so noise, maybe due position hotel at center city. hot water turn off, and Water so Little one day before i am check out. As a traveler from outside other city (i am from bali and here for Christmas) rent motorcycle as our transportation so best and cheapest, the parking area no safety. Because our rent motorcycle is moving from last night, and our helmet lost, with out that we are so struggle to moved the other place, like you know without helmet police will stop me. I am report this situation to staff parking, But there no apologies or other say sorry for this situation from the staff in charge or management, they just say ” Helm anda hilang bukan tanggung jawab kami ( your helmet lost is not our responsibility )”. We are stay 3 nights like strangers with out staff greetings or hospitality and the last night we are lost our helm and there are no solution and one more there no extra tissue ( face or toilet tissue ), coffee and tea sugar, mineral water ( amenities ) from the first day and when make up room they not changed it, we must say to reception just for this, as a hospitality industry we know room and service is the base product. I know this is new hotels, but without service guests don't want to come back again. Thank you And best regards.

Last night was pleasant trying out packed Medan foods and drinks bought at nearby POS Bloc and tibits from Deli Mall TranMart. The fridge was handy when keeping my Es Kestari (lemon lime) drink chilled. The Ayam Penyat Nasi came with nicely done plating and delicious fried Nasi and crackers. Early morning was a chore to train station with an early transit flight to catch back to SG.

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Booked 2 executive suite x2 nights for an affordable price. Basic hotel under the the Marriott brand. Location not that great as compared to other hotels in Medan City Centre, not walking distance to any amenities/convenience stores. Security was great as expected, so you’ll be safe staying here. Checked in at 5.30pm yet one out of two rooms was still not ready. The bathtub was dirty with hair and dirt on it, probably due to housekeeping rushing to clean rooms. There is banks directly in the hotel facility, so if you need to withdraw cash it is very convenient. Overall: 2.5/5

El hotel está situado junto a un IndoMart. Las habitaciones son agradables con una ventana mirando hacia abajo en la zona de recepción. Las camas son un poco duras. Aircon y agua caliente funciona bien. Hay un refrigerador de tamaño completo, pero el congelador no funciona. El desayuno buffet es muy variado y cuenta con una estación de calor.

Nos quedamos en este hotel porque estabamos asistiendo a una recepción de bodas allí. Me han quedado en más de 150 hoteles en todo el mundo y por primera vez tuve que pagar un depósito reembolsable por un control remoto para el A/C. El baño es muy pequeño. Mi gato no pudo arrancar un gato en él. No había agua caliente a las 5:00 p.m. después de viajar 5 horas para llegar allí y realmente necesitaba fresar. En nuestra salida a cenar, me pregunté en la recepción sobre esto y se dijo que debido a ”problemas técnicos” sólo podíamos tener agua caliente de 6 - 8AM y de 6 - 8PM. El receptor me mostró un documento que no había visto ni quedó expuesto al comprobarlo explicaba la situación. Sugerí que los huéspedes se lo informaran al comprobarlo. Mira, los ”problemas técnicos” se resuelvieron la mañana siguiente. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. La luz sobre el espejo de maquillaje/refugio no funcionaba. No se comproban claramente que todo funciona cuando limpian las habitaciones. Los muebles, tejidos, gabinete, recubrimientos de paredes, etc. están muy fechados. Sin embargo, La cama estaba cómoda y la pared que cubría la cama era relativamente nueva. No hay caja fuerte en la habitación. Sé que los caja fuertes son costosos y siempre hay problemas técnicos, pero todo lo que dice que es 4-star tiene una caja fuerte. La peor parte de una perspectiva de seguridad es que las puertas del ascensor se cierran en un corto plazo. Me lastimé el brazo mientras la puerta se cerró en 5 o más segundos y me golpeó bastante duro. Una pequeña granja podría haber sido gravemente herida. Nadie parece preocuparse. El restaurante no ha almacenado cerveza, vino ni ninguna otra bebida alcohólica. Es una propiedad que la gestión no parece preocuparse. El personal es útil, dispuesto, cortés y respetable, pero no está bien formado, lo que indica que la gestión o la propiedad no dan un tiro.

Hay un cajero automático en el vestíbulo, muy útil dada la dificultad de encontrar casas de cambio.
